A pleasant experience

I just bought a nearly new Lexus ES from Lexus of Fort Wayne. I saw it on cars.com, and requested info. Raul from the dealership sent the info packet promptly, made a deal with me over the phone, fixed existing problems and delivered the car as he promised. Very professional. A pleasant experience!

Bradford and dewitt are both fine young men and

Bradford and dewitt are both fine young men and definitely good company men however as for integrity or returning phone calls-nope it didn’t happen I told Dewitt this is our last car we were buying simply because of our age I ask on several occasions what were our options for a different color my wife settled I asked above leather seats I was told buy some seat covers instead we settled and was reminded if we didn’t take the car we would lose our $1000.00 deposit I’ve been a client of ft Wayne Toyota for over 15 years and this is the loyalty none to the customer and all to the company.. the service department to teach the sales department a thing or two about integrity and honesty instead of threat I really hope this reaches bob rohrman and Ziebart now that was a xxxxing joke and rip off
