Just purchased a Subaru Crosstrek and the process was

Just purchased a Subaru Crosstrek and the process was relatively painless. The sales people that assisted were very respectful and listened well. The manager who set final cost was also respectful and willing to listen and accomodate within reason; it was not a haggling experience. Car delivery to my home was extremely convenient and included a review of car features and their customizations and complete assistance with setting all that up; very nice. Everyone I dealt with understood their job and performed it well!

Really excellent!

Really excellent! They were kind, thorough, patient and not too pushy. I was not especially confident going in and I felt, when I'd manufactured a little grit, they were very fair and professional. Very nice people :)

We just this week purchased a 2025 Forester from Hendrick

We just this week purchased a 2025 Forester from Hendrick Subaru in Durham. The transaction went entirely smoothly. Our sales associate, Tushar Shende was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to our needs. They gave us a very generous offer on my 2018 Impreza and enabled us to purchase the Forester at a price we could afford. The closing associate, David, who handles document signing was also very easy to work with. He never pressured us to purchase 'extras' that we didn't want.

We appreciated the great service received at Hendrick Subaru. Our sales rep Vincent Mcleod was very knowledgeable and helpful to us in choosing a vehicle. We’re happy with what we chose and feel that he and the rest of the sales team gave us a good deal. We also want to mention Joseph Rossman Delivery Specialist who showed us all of the intricate and detailed features of the car. He patiently spent a significant amount time helping us with the vehicle setup. Our thanks to the team.

We bought a Subaru for the first time, and the dealership

We bought a Subaru for the first time, and the dealership staff were excellent. In particular, Mr.Tushar Shende was very kind and explained everything about the car in detail, making it easy to understand. What stood out was that he always gave advice from the buyer’s perspective, which we had never experienced at other dealerships before. we would highly recommend him to anyone considering purchasing a Subaru in the future.

Met with "Joe" this morning, 48 hrs.

Met with "Joe" this morning, 48 hrs. post lease/purchase and received an in depth 'intro' to everything new Forester had to offer. As an technologically impaired 'older' female and one who detests learning curves, Joe's tutorial session was invaluable! He guided me through basics and beyond and the experience was helpful. Still not certain however, that the vehicle I chose on my own, is the right 'fit' for me through no fault of anyone whose help I received......

My sales person, Kiki, was fantastic.

My sales person, Kiki, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and like a good old friend though I had just met her. She was easy to get to know and work with. Out of a score of 1-10 I would give her 11. Finance manager was also great. He gets a 10.
