Used vehicles listed on cars.com with 0 miles. NOT Possible, even a brand new vehicle will have at least 1 mile on the odometer. I hate businesses that... attempt to draw people in with false claims. If you're a reputable dealer you should be honest and forthcoming with vital info such as true mileage.

Drove over an hour to buy a car from this dealership after initial call put me in touch with helpful salesman. They were able to sell me a car from another... dealership cheaper than I was able to buy directly from that local dealership. We suggest to friends and family that they contact Goldsboro Toyota.

I have a 30 year old van and a 14 year old Corolla. Both are running well and have needed FEW repairs over the years. I needed a new car so my daughter... could have mine and would consider nothing other than a Toyota. I was familiar with Kevin Bunger's experience and excellent record with Toyota so asked him to help me find a new car. The result was just what I wanted at just the right price.
My husband and I bought a used vehicle from Toyota of Goldsboro. Everyone was really nice and the dealership was clean. Although we didn't have children... with us, we saw children there looking at the fish tanks and watching tv. We really like our purchase and would definitely deal with them again.
I have previously purchased cars from this dealership, but not this time! A bad experience. First, I called to get a quote for a new car, specifying... model and extras. The first salesman (male) didn't want to talk to me "Tell my secretary". I did and heard nothing. Called back and talked to Angie--who was very nice. The quote from that dealer was low--so low I thought it was a low ball to get me into the showroom. Three other dealers gave me quotes on the car I specified via email as did Angie. When there is more than $1000 difference between their "bid" and the other three, all of which were in the same ballpark, I felt uncomfortable. Several days later, the sales manager called back to offer me a lower price--again not realistic and sent it to me via email at my request. When I asked them for specifics, it turned out they were quoting on a car without the features package I had specified. Fifth call--and they sent me the highest quote of the four. My experiences with their service department on my prior car were not positive. Long waits, and extra stuff done along with a failure to make some repairs that should have been made under warranty left me with a less than favorable impression of the dealership. In talking with friends, my impression was reinforced--they had bad experiences too. One friend had the oil changed--and they did not replace the plug! By the time she got home, she had no oil in her car. I chose to purchase from another dealer--one I felt more comfortable with (and I've used THAT service department previously with good experiences) Be cautious if you choose to deal with Toyoto of Goldsboro--they don't seem to realize that with internet, customers are fairly well informed and the old sales methods are offensive.
I receive the best service at Toyota of Goldsboro. I drive from the Raleigh area to Goldsboro for the outstanding service and customer appreciation I... experience. Tammy is a personal favorite but the whole team works together to give reliable service and honest appraisals. I feel like they go the extra mile to meet my needs and keep me apprised of all my options when servicing my vehicles. As long as I receive this level of service, I will be a customer for life at Toyota of Goldsboro!
We have purchased 2 Tundras and 2 Camrys from a same salesman, John Graham. Excellent sales skills and had always got us a deal we found best of ANY... dealership in our areas. Last week, we bought a new 2017 Camry AND a 2016 Tundra SR5 on the same day!
