I was looking for a particular car and called several GM dealers in the area. This was the only dealer that responded to me multiple times, was willing... to work on the numbers and were completely honest the entire time. John Cash was exceptional and went above and beyond. Went to the dealership looking for a particular truck they had in stock. (1.5 hr drive one way). We were able to agree on a price & trade in a very reasonable... amount of time. Diane was great to deal with. Good people all around. If you???re looking a new vehicle, don???t hesitate to give them a chance. Glad I did.

I purchased a 2013 Cadillac XTS on October 19, 2017. We had stopped by late one evening and seen the car. We test drove the car and loved it and made the... purchase. The salesperson could not get the Onstar to connect so I was told that to bring it back and it would be taken care of. I returned it to the dealership and they said the Onstar antenna was defective and would need to replaced. The car was out of warranty so I would have to pay the cost of repairs. The salesperson apologized that it would not be fixed as promised. I agreed to pay for the repairs. The antenna had to painted and installed and it did not fix the problem. There was another part that needed replacing and it ended up costing just over $1300.00. I took the car back to the dealership in October of 2018 for suspension problem that arose over vacation to the Outer Banks and was told that the rear air bags were leaking and that they needed to be replaced. I was very frustrated with this due the fact that we had only driven the car a little less than 5k miles since purchase. I took the car to another Cadillac dealership for a second opinion on the problem. The entire rear suspension ended up being replaced at a cost of $3200.00. I am disappointed that a car with 60k miles would need this amount of money spent on it with very little use. I understand that buying a used car can occur some cost but I fell that $4500.00 is way to much to spend on a car that has been driven so little. I feel that Cadillac is supposed to represent the very best that GM has to offer a consumer and having to spend 20% of purchase price to drive for less than 5k miles is unacceptable. It has basically cost me about a dollar a mile to use this car. I feel that this could have been handled better by the dealership and GM should have offered some help. I have only owned GM products for 37 years and purchased new and used GM products over the years. I currently own 6 GM products with my business and personal use but that will change moving forward. I feel that the level of service along with the level of performance that a vehicle should provide is not up to par. I understand now why GM is closing plants and dropping vehicles such as the Cadillac. I will pass this on to all my customers that I have in my business to help others avoid pitfalls such as mine.

This i...s very unfortunate, as we only wish and want each car we sell and service to withhold from breaking and incurring the additional cost to fix them, once out of the manufactures warranty or the vehicle service contract option. Though the grading that you scored for our team is showing about as bad as it can be, we do hope that is not the case. Yes, we may have to give news that is not fun to receive when diagnosing a problem that may cost additional time and money, but we do hope the manner in which our team communicated was transparent, upfront and honest. We can not control the outcomes of how a vehicle is engineered to perform and not break, but we will always be willing to receive the problem when it occurs and offer a solution to the best of our ability.
