I have been fighting a suspension issue since I brought

I have been fighting a suspension issue since I brought this car brand new from this dealership for well over a year . Same complaint every time. The service manager did not seem very interested in getting to the bottom of issue. But all she seemed interested in is selling alignment after alignment. The last two service advisors I had were great. Jacob got the process started and C.J made sure it got done. Even though it was done under warranty. The service manager was still trying to charge me for another alignment. Seems like she's more interested in selling things than actual customer service. I have placed a call to the general manager but have not received any response from him yet. She even seemed to try to blame me for the car having 5 alignments in the first 33,000 thousand miles . She seemed very condescending. Like because it was a fancy car it didn't matter.

I recently brought my 2021 Chevy Suburban in for service and had an outstanding experience with your team. While I'll admit I wasn't thrilled about the $4,000 repair bill, the level of service I received from Joe and your service department made all the difference. I've had less than stellar experiences here in the past, but it's clear you've made significant improvements with your staff and processes. Joe was professional, communicative, and made what could have been a frustrating situation much more manageable. The changes you've implemented are noticeable and appreciated.
