I was given ONLY one (1) key to my car and a month later...

I was given ONLY one (1) key to my car and a month later NO KEY or reply. Upon signing the contract I was told I would get FREE Oil Changes for three years. And after reviewing to my contract it only cost $1000.That doesn't seem FREE. My first apt. for oil change is Mach 2022

Upgraded from a Civic to a CRV and love it. We arrived at the dealership as the vehicle was being unloaded and the team at Honda West set us up with a lease and had us on the road in no time.

Do not recommend

I sold a car to Honda West 3 months ago and have still not received payment. I was told 2-3 weeks for title to clear and then I could pick up a check. Dealer has blamed Hyundai for not releasing title and covid delays, but 3 months is just ridiculous. It has also been over 3 weeks since I've received any communication from the dealership. Would not recommend doing business here.

I sold my car to Honda West 3 months ago and I'm still...

I sold my car to Honda West 3 months ago and I'm still waiting for them to cut my check. I was told 2-3 weeks for title to clear, and when that time frame passed they started to blame the delays on Hyundai not releasing title, covid delays, etc.. But after 3 months it's just ridiculous, and it has been over two weeks since I received any contact from them. Very surprising from a highly rated dealer and member of such a large auto group like Sonic. At this point it's just incompetence or they completely ripped me off. I'm now having to pursue legal actions over a measly 3 grand.

Horrible experience!! They lie and wasted our time. Did bait and switch, gave numbers on a car that sold a long time ago. They yelled at us and threw their chair. They were so rude and nasty to us. We ended up going to another dealer. Their general manager is never there. Very angry and mean staff. Always more expensive than everyone else. They don't negotiate. They should smile and use kind tone of voice but they like to yell. My relatives were also yelled at when they went in separately from my visit. Jilmar Esperanza and Nate Pham were extremely rude and started yelling. They were not happy to show us cars and pretended they were out of the cars we asked for because they were too lazy to go in the back to show us the car. We never seen such rude and nasty staff!! We won't go back to visit them.
