  • Keyless in Boise
    December 8, 2017

    Had to take vehicle to DD 4 times for a new key fob and programming. Three of the trips were to get it programmed. They did not get it done the first ...time, they did not work on it the second time though vehicle was left with them an entire day - both times I had appointments scheduled ahead. Second time I even called to see if they received key in night drop and was told they had. When I went to pick up after service was complete (4th trip), I was initially charged for 'shop supplies & environmental disposal' ON A KEY FOB PROGRAMMING service. All in all a very poor experience. Next time, if I have to go through a GMC dealer, I will go to a different dealer.

  • This could have been a lot better.

    The vehicle itself is wonderful, but the service I received after purchasing the car has been horrible. I called the day I purchased it to get some th...ings fixed and waited for two weeks for a response that never came. I then took it in to get some parts fixed and the wrong parts were ordered. On top of that I was called and told that it wouldn't be done until Thursday, but that I would be notified when it was finished in case they were not able to get to it. I waited for the call to let me know to come and get it and never received that call. I didn't get my car back until Monday, even though it was finished Friday. I took it in to get some weather stripping fixed and it took almost a week to get my car back. I find this a little unacceptable.
