We were making a road trip from Texas into Florida when the electrical throttle on our Jeep Compass gave out on the way back to Texas. We called this... dealership while waiting on our tow. When we got to the shop, Justin remembered my phone call and set my husband at ease. Even though we got there late, they really helped us to the max. They provided us a loner so we could find lodging. And before we left, they told us the problem, cost to fix, and that it would be ready the morning of the next day. The next day, after leaving a little way down the road, we noticed a hesitation that had us concerned, so we turned around and went back. Justin immediately took the vehicle on a test drive. He was honest, and said he felt it, too. He pulled the vehicle into the garage and took out a spark plug. He showed us what had him concerned, we took his recommendation, and within 10 minutes the spark plugs were changed. Problem solved! No more issues with this on our long way back to Texas. Also, they assured us there is a 2 year warranty at any Jeep dealership on parts and service. Even a dealership in Texas! This is the most honest and genuine dealership we've ever dealt with.
Was told I was approved, traded my car in, only to receive a phone call from there 7 days later saying the deal fell through, to come back to dealership... ASAP . They pushed another contract on me. I said no, just give me my trade in back. They wouldn't do it. So I lost my extended warranty, interest rate went way up. Very dishonest in my opinion. This was my third new-car purchase at this location. No problem when it was Titusville Jeep Dodge. But this Parks has taken over and it was a very bad experience. Beware.
We were on a trip to Port St Lucie to see the Met's Spring Training Field. On the way my 2009 Jeep Grand Cherekoee broke down. Towed to Parks Dodge. We... needed an engine replacement. I had to return to NC and we dealt with service department via telephone. They were very polite, professional and had patience with my constant telephone calls. We picked the Jeep up and drove it home. The service technician did an amazing job. Thank again,
Bought 2 new vehicles a Jeep compass and a ram truck, the Ram truck was exactly what I wanted and at a great price, service dept is accommodating and very... efficient
i have sent 3 emails about the same vehicle with specific questions not answered in the ad on cars.com. The first two times I was sent the same ad in an... email with no response. The third email was never answered.
Made the buying process extremely easy friendly and time efficient! I would highly recommend coming here if you don't like the normal runaround that most... dealers give.
I went in to lease a vehicle and was never given the option of Leasing. At all credentials credit scores money on hand and was given a credit score which... did not resemble the one I had. But with 20% down I would be approved for the vehicle for financing not Leasing. Go figure. Will never return again
Had a similar purchase path as the prior poster but in my case there was miscommunication between sales and the actual car when arrived at home and looked... closer. I discussed with a SM the next day and they allowed the return, less a nominal processing fee, but then to get my money back took almost 3 weeks. I called several times, left several messages, etc, to determine the refund status and continuously got "let me check and will call yo back," never did. Finally got a "was taken to the PO yesterday, a holiday, it arrived today. Bottom line, make sure the vehicle is exactly what you want else a nightmare
I called the dealership several times to discuss a 2016 Dodge Durango Limited that they had for sale. I talked with Dominique who was very nice. She referred... me to Tyler. I was satisified with the price of their vehicle, however my main concern was our trade. I told Tyler that I had been offered $9400 for my trade (2012 Dodge Durango Crew) from other dealerships which I felt was totally unacceptable. Another sales representative called me back and I told him that $9400 was unacceptable and I was looking to get $12,000 for my trade. He said, "we could almost definitely do that. I am pretty sure we could do that. For your vehicle we could do that. It doesn't sound bad at all." He led me to believe that this was very possible. Not a problem. The reason why I wanted to get this settled was because we live 2 and 3/4 hours away on the west coast of FL. After these assurances that it was "doable", we decided to drive 2 and 3/4 hours to Titusville. After we looked over the car and took a test drive, we went inside to discuss the deal with Lee, the owner. He was also going to determine what our trade would be. As far as we know, he never even looked at the car. It was not taken for a test drive. He proceeded to offer us just under $9400 which was the same as the Blue Book value. Our whole point was that the Kelly Blue Book value was unacceptable to us as I had discussed with several representatives over the phone. Everyone, including Lee, were very nice and polite, but we were very frustrated that we drove 2 and 3/4 hours to get the same offer that I told them we would not accept when discussed over the phone. It was a complete waste of time. On the way home, we stopped at a Chevy dealership who offered us thousands more for our trade, so we made a deal with them for a Dodge Durango Limited.
I was buying a new Jeep Patriot and everyone was nice. When it came to signing the papers I told them to put on a couple exesseries on the loan. I made... the mistake of walking away and the salesman talked my wife out of financing them and paying cash. Well that put us so much in the hole we can't pay some of our regular bills. Thanks !
