Does not honor advertised prices on their website
Accident or not, prices for five 2019 new Sentras listed on your website on the afternoon of July 13th were not honored on the morning of July 14th. I was told the additional Nissan discount was listed in error. How am I supposed to know that and why is that my problem? You got me to the dealership to purchase a car for an advertised price and then I was told that you can't sell me the car for that price. Interested in knowing if they are legally obligated to honor their advertised prices. Curious if this happened to anyone else? Feels like bait and switch. Waiting for the dealer's response.

Unfortunate Mistake - RUN!
I was hoping to not write this but I want to warn others. I took my son to this place for his first car. The car broke down within 8 months. After getting it diagnosed, I learned the engine was modified which voided out the car warranty which the dealership claimed the car still had, and the extended service agreement this dealership sold us wouldn't cover it either. They also told me they weren't aware of the modification. Peter the manager never took any of our calls to him. He would only respond by sending messages through a third person. I filed a complaint and still no response from them to try and rectify. PLEASE take your business elsewhere. Believe all their bad reviews. They have shown nothing but bad faith practice by stating wrong facts about car warranty coverage, ignoring my calls, and refusing to right their wrong. Business with them was my worst and most expensive mistake. Don't let it be yours.

My experience was great. Service writer (Dwayne) was very friendly and helpful. I also purchased my vehicle here and the sales staff was also friendly and helpful

Had a dead battery one month into lease. Joe D and Pete H had the car driven back to dealer and replaced, then had car driven back to house!! awesome service

As a woman, shopping for a car can be quite intimidating. Always having the feeling that I'm not getting a good deal BUT working with Marin H. put me at such ease. Dealership is an absolute joke with complete frauds employed there. Came to an agreement on a car and was told they were putting a hold on the car and that we would complete the purchase the next day. The reason we did it via phone was because when I went to the dealer Frank told me to sign in and he would help me. After waiting they told me Frank had to go to a meeting and no one was capable of selling a car besides Frank. Everything Frank said in the sales pitch was in absolutes and then a lot of backtracking After the final lie from Frank he told me I needed to speak with Steve his boss and Steve never answers his phone or returns calls Don't waste your time here if you value honesty
