    Brought my truck in for a recall that I received in the mail. Dick Norris has the experience of bringing your vehicle in for service the way it should be! Your greeted the minute you pull up! I was in and out in about half and hour. Just plain great service. Some of the other dealers in this area should see how they do it here and take note. Would I buy here again? Better question is why, wouldn't I?

    I drove in with no appointment with a question about my battery.They took it and checked it right at that moment and found it to be defective. It was replaced under warranty (21/2 years out). I was out the door in 20 minutes with a new battery. All stress free. I could not be happier. Thanks Dick Norris - Palm Harbor

    I found the quick service to be very good. I was surprised to find that I didn't have free changes for the life of the lease (won't make that mistake on the next lease, but didn't buy here). Checked on possible new vehicles and the salesman was very helpful. One suggestion is a wash after service (former dealer in Ohio did that). Will definitely check on new vehicles here in a few months when my lease is up.

    I was very pleased with the customer service and speed of the repair on my 2016 Buick Cascada. I took my car in for it's first service appointment and showed them how I noticed something that looked peculiar on my rear interior panel. They said they'd get it ordered right away and call me when it arrives. Within a week the part arrived and called me in. They completed within 2 hours. Very satisfied!

    Max Johnson is the best service manager I've ever dealt with! He explains all issues, helps with possible adjustments in time for some of those that can be postponed due to lack of $$ and always provides an alternative mode of transportation to get through the day. Thank you Dick Norris Buick GMC for having such responsible and knowledgeable people serving us!
