    Literally the worst car buying experience I have ever had: Initial conversation over email through TrueCar was exceptional, until Kane Hwang took over.... First, they silently tried to sneak in extra options and warranty into the price, and made it painfully long to prepare new sales paperwork when i refused to pay for it. During the loan application i have asked for my credit check only to be sent to BECU, and they have sent it someplace else (direct violation of the signed papers). Then, they sold me the car that they didn't have and it took ME 3 days of emails and calls to find this out. No response to calls or emails apart from one-word responses. After escalation to Kane's manager, they have finally found a different car with different options and reduced price, although paperwork they sent to BECU stated original price. Finally, after all the corrections of paperwork and final sale of the car we made an agreement that they will send my license plates to my home in Bellevue. No updates for nearly 6 weeks, no response to emails to any of their sales managers. Just called them and they had the plates since March 15th (1 month after purchase), and they have recorded that they made a call on that day (lie), not a single call or voice mail from them in a month. Now, over the phone they said that they will mail it today and tomorrow. Let's see if this takes them another month or not.

    worst experience at the dealership ever! No customer service! Didn’t even offer us water while we were sitting there waiting for the paperwork to be prepared.... Document signing was rushed no explanation whatsoever about each document. No one even said thank you for buying a car or congratulations!

    Worst experience with a dealer in my 25 years of owning Dodge/Ram trucks. Left three messages, two with service dept manager, and never a call back. Actually... got ahold of a person twice, yes thats 5 phone calls, they said they would speak with the service manager and call me back the next day, and guess what, they never did. The repair I had done cost me twice what the going rate is, and the tech who did the repair left oily hand prints all over my seat. The icing on the cake is they charged me for parts they didnt install. Never going back, re-thinking my loyalty to Dodge/Ram.

    Took my truck in mid week Wednesday for diagnostic. Called to check up on the truck and nothing was done because they got busy. After that I called a... few times to check on the status , no answer. Left a few message no call back. Talked to the front desk was told I'd get a call back in 15 min never got a call back. Trcuk has been in for a week. The only thing that was done is the diagnostic. Horrible communication, horrible service. Wouldn't recommend this place.

    Let me tell you about my car buying experience... After 20 years of buying new cars, I discovered the hard way, that Bud Clary Jeep/Dodge/Ram of Auburn... was the ABSOLUTE WORST that I have EVER had to deal with. I purchased my Jeep on a Saturday Aug 19th. I later noticed that the steering wheel was not aligned properly. I brought it back the next day to have a service person drive it and he agreed with my assessment. I scheduled another appointment to fix the steering wheel and when I went to pick it up, my salesman said that they didn't find a problem with it. I insisted that he drive it and he agreed with my assessment, as well. Also, while driving I went to use my windshield wipers at only 432 miles, on a new car, and I got an alarm that said, "Washer Fluid Low." This basically told me that the PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) was NOT performed. I talked (and sent texts) to my salesman numerous times and told him that I wanted proof (photocopy or receipt) that a PDI was completed on my car. My seasoned salesman sent me a text asking, "What exactly do u mean by PDI report?" Seriously, he didn't know what a PDI was?!?! This should be the very FIRST thing done when the car arrives to the dealership. I scheduled a 3rd appointment to address the steering wheel problem and for them to perform a PDI. I was sent a text by my salesman that my car wouldn't be ready until the next day. I called him immediately and he told me that, "Their service department tried to fix the steering wheel, but were unable to and that they had to send it "somewhere else" to fix it." Hopefully they sent my new car to a reputable and Jeep authorized business. I received a call from him later that night telling me, "Good news, your car is all done and ready to be picked up!" When I got to the dealership my salesman informed me that they, "Didn't perform the PDI." I told him that I was "Not coming back again." That would've meant a 4th visit back to address something that should've been completed before I had possession of my car. On a side note, the inside of the car was not cleaned at all. The inside of the windows were filthy. You'd think that when purchasing a $43,000 car, that the dealership would AT LEAST have the car in showroom condition. And after 3 visits, the car was still not completely cleaned. And I even had to peel off some of the stickers on the inside. The good news is, that I took my Jeep to another dealer and they performed the PDI for me, for free. Needless to say, I will NEVER buy or bring my car to Bud Clary EVER again. And I will definitely let others know about my experience.

    John and Barry were not only professional but also very honest. They would not allow me to over extend my budget. They worked with what I had and provided... results. Hell they done me one better and helped me get the exact truck Ive always wanted. On a side note: parts and service were honest and didnt force add ons down my thoat. They lrovided me third party options to meet my budget. Thank you bud clary of auburn.

    Came in to check on a car I'd seen online. It's price had dropped and seemed like a good deal. I'm top heavy on my current car but it's nothing major.... Walked in and asked for a sales rep since no one approached me. Someone got called over and I explained my interest, he looks my car over and grabs the one I was looking at but says we're "going over numbers first before anything else". Thought that was weird, I mean I drove hours to look at the car? The sales rep repeatedly kept walking away to "talk to his boss", guess I was talking to the wrong person because I'm not being sold anything. Pretty much told me my ideal payments were unrealistic and that I had to put a ridiculous amount of money down. I don't know if the rep was new or if the car was already sold or what. Never had that happen at a dealer anywhere and being prior military I've been all over. I know what I wanted could be done, because I've already been quoted elsewhere on more costly vehicles.

    I would never recommend anyone, but especially a woman, take their truck into Bud Clary Dodge in Auburn Washington for repair. My truck was a 2004 one... ton Dodge Dually with a manual 6 speed transmission and after market exhaust brake added. My late husband and I were the only owners. Tom Matson Dodge had done most of the regularly scheduled maintenance work on it unless we were traveling. My husband was always happy with their work so I continued to use them when Bud Clary took over. Last year the truck started making a whistling type noise when I was hauling and accelerating. It still had plenty of power and towed my 3 horse trailer and my 3 horse Living Quarter trailer OK. I took it in with my 3 horse trailer with a horse in it and had one of the mechanics take a ride in it so he could hear the noise under the conditions I normally heard it. He thought it sounded like an air intake noise, not a metal on metal noise, and thought the problem might be in the manifold. I scheduled it to go in for closer inspection and repair. They called me and told me there was a crack in the turbo. I asked how that could have happened. They said it must have overheated. I had 190,000 miles on that truck and had driven it thousands of miles solo after my husband passed. He was a truck driver and had taught me how to drive it. I never overheated it. They told me with some sarcasm that I could come in and they would show me the crack in the turbo. I said I trusted them and OKed them replacing the turbo. When I got it back they had noted that it now had a high pitched whistling noise but that that was normal for a turbo winding up. It sounded like a siren somewhere behind me. I took it back and told them I didn’t think it was right. I told them I was planning on hauling my big trailer and 2 horses to Arizona solo and they assured me it was fine. Their attitude was, don’t be such a worry wart little old lady what do you know about trucks. It wasn’t fine. 400 miles down the road the turbo blew out throwing oil all over the engine, making it smoke and forcing me to pull off on a mountain pass in the breakdown lane. Luckily I was traveling with a friend who hauled my trailer into town when the truck was towed. Bud Clary’s response to me? We are sorry, the part should be under warranty so have it replaced. Best time estimate on replacing it where I was broke down was a week. I knew the repair work Bud Clary Dodge in Auburn had done was not correct and they could have fixed it before I ever hit the road. They should have known it was wrong when they noted the whistling sound when they put the new turbo in. It was most likely not the turbo at all but an air intake problem as the first mechanic who actually heard the noise thought it was. In replacing the turbo those seals were corrected and the original noise was gone. I might be a little old lady but I know what a truck I had driven in for 190,000 miles should sound like. I repeat never take a vehicle to Bud Clary Dodge in Auburn for repair.

    We had an over all wonderful experience here! Our sales person was john?? And allison. Both very friendly and welcoming as we had 2 lil girls to entertain... they were VERY family friendly and understanding of lil ones. We love our new van and its grat for our big family!!
