Great Dealership! We just bought our XC60 and wanted to add the Homelink mirror to the car. Price was fair, service was prompt, and everyone was wonderfully... helpful. I will never go any place else for cars OR service!
Haley made the purchase of our new Volvo stress free! We loved her low pressure approach and appreciated the time she took to understand our needs and... help us find the perfect car.
After doing lots of research and visiting other sales departments we selected the Volvo 2015.5 S60. The other dealers we visited and cars we considered... were: Audi, BMW (my previous car), Lexus and Mercedes. Our sales person at Weaver Volvo, Fred, was knowledgeable and professional with no pressure on us to buy. We selected the new Volvo because of its safety features, it uses regular gas (the other luxury cars don't) and because of its peppy drive and lovely interior. That along with all of its high tech features and excellent warranty made it the car we purchased. While we were quite impressed with the Audi too, in the end, economics and safety won out. After purchasing, Fred spent the time needed to brief us on our features and get the car linked into the Volvo app to make the transition easy for me. I traded in a 2003 BMW 325XI so my car technology comfort was low. That changed with Fred's help. Looking forward to driving my new Volvo for many years.
Always a great experience We have purchased several cars from Weaver Brothers from Fred, and all have been positive experiences. We were treated courteously... and transactions were fair and cordial. They bend over backwards to be helpful...highly recommended. Volvo’s are great cars too!
While out-of-state, I had an two issues with my 2007 2.5T V70; it was hesitating/starting roughly and a tire pressure monitoring system ("TPMS")... light came on. I went to a location of the (non-Volvo) national car care franchise that replaced my tires two (2) months earlier (in Raleigh). I walked out of that national car care location with a $9.99 gas additive but a list of >$2K in suspension repairs which I was told were "safety issues". I consulted with Jessica at WBV that day and decided to drive the car back to Raleigh without the suggested repairs. When my WBV mechanic, Mick, inspected my car, it turned out that --while some of the components of my suspension were showing wear-- non of them posed imminent safety issues. Thank you to Mick and the Service Group at WBV for your honesty. Its what keeps me coming back! All the best, JMc
This Volvo dealership is my favorite car dealership. I have lived in North Carolina, California, Arizona, and Amsterdam-The Netherlands and Weaver Brothers... Volvo is the friendliest and most professional I’ve ever dealt with before. I used to dread going to dealerships and especially their service department, but they are the best!! Thank you!
Best car buying experience ever!!!! We were met with a smile from Haley the sales gal. Fell in love with a s60 that we had to take home. The sales process... was very quick and efficient. Met the Weaver brothers personally who were very friendly and cordial. No hard selling, very pleasant experience. Easy in and out. Would definitely recommend.
Great People, Great Service What a great place to buy a car. Mike Cochrane and Andy Weaver have been friends of mine for years. They are the absolute best... at what they do. I felt like the entire Weaver Brothers team was involved in my recent Volvo V60 purchase. Thanks to Allen, Fred and Anthony in the sales department for their help training me on the features of my new ride. Special thanks to Jessica Haskins for getting the car ready at the end of her busy day so I could drive it home that evening. If you're looking to buy a car Weaver Brothers is the place to go. Very friendly staff. There was no sales pressure that you would typically see at other dealerships. It was a very pleasant buying experience.
Weaver Brothers cares for my car with excellence. There hasn't been a time that I don't leave with my car driving better then when I brought it in for... servicing. My service advisor, Chuck Steffani, is respectful, knowledgeable and makes me feel like caring for my car is the most important part of his day. He offers relevant options to consider when repairs are necessary. I want efficiency without extraordinary costs when I need something for my car and that is what I get at Weaver Brothers. Previous to my Volvo (my first), I had a BMW for a number of years. The customer service at Weaver Brothers is equal to my experience at the BMW dealership. In fact, my sales person, Fred, always comes by to say hello too. I feel like my satisfaction is personal at Weaver Brothers. Please thank the team and Chuck for a job well-done.
