Service dept

It would be nice to have someone greet the customers, if all of the service advisors are busy. I had to wait for about 10 minutes before a write was available.

Thank you.

Ken worked really hard to get us into the same car with the same payment. We went with a 2015 Expedition. We got into a payment we are comfortable with.

A joyous experience

We leased a new Ford Fusion for our daughter, who is turning 16, and the experience could not have been more pleasant. From the sales manager, Chris Sweeney, to our kind and patient salesman, Henry Pakhchian, to all the other sales people and staff in the showroom, every person we encountered was smiling and friendly and seemed genuinely invested in making sure she had a joyous experience. She did, and we will be forever grateful for that. This is the second car we've acquired from Vista in the past two and a half years. We will be back for a third soon. We are officially a Vista Ford family.

A ++ on all the above!!!! Very happy

My experience Vista Ford Lincon of Woodlanhills,CA I found the car that I wanted on their user friendly website and called the dealership and they had exactly the one I wanted!! My experience was over above my expansions! From meeting the sales manager Todd Harter to my sales consultant Bryon Kraige and finance specialist Cliff Cooper and to all of the staff that made my deal happen where awesome!! I was given great finance terms on my purchase on my Ford Focus SE hatchback,there was minimal wait time for the purchase of the car and they really made sure I received any or all of the qualifying rebates I could get. There was No games or pressure on extras that I didn't want or need for my budget. If you want a Ford and professional service this place to buy! I will be enjoying my Ford Focus for many years to come. Thank you Vista Ford.

MKZ Service

I brought in my 2013 MKZ Hybrid for two recall notices along with the routine servicing. Ken Nazarian, who takes care of my father and myself, called to notify me that everything was done and the car was ready for pickup. When I picked up the car, Ken went over the inspection report with me before I left. The Cohen family are long-time customers at Vista.

Trucks first service appointment

The service I received when I arrived at the service center was great. I had an appt. so things moved really fast. I only had to wait in the waiting room for about 15 minutes, before the shuttle was ready to take me home. I was called after 2 1/2 hours and my husband dropped me off at the service area to pick up my 2014 F-150. This was the trucks' first service. Everything was fine and the truck was also washed. Thank you for taking good care of me and my truck.

I like this dealer.

I bought the truck at Vista. I have Vista service it. This truck has about 110,000 miles. I like having service records so I know what was done when. Before Vista I would not consider having the dealer do service work. Now, its the only way I would do it. I have had this type of truck for 40 years.

ALWAYS A PLEASURE AT VISTA

Always a pleasure to do business with Vista Ford, and in particular Stewart Henson. I have one request, please put your sign back up telling phone users to please take their conversations outside. Recently the woman next to me yakked on her phone for two hours. I tried to make eye contact with her, to no avail. Next time I will get up the courage to confront someone like that.
