    I would not recommend a dog to go there . I was treated with very little respect and care. I was told lies for 6 hours and delayed then at the end of the... day they wanted me to try a totally different car I absolutely could NOT afford or want . I was told that the car I was waiting to be completed was not going to be as was told earlier but over $1000 dollars more out the door. This was after 2 days of talking to them and taking a car I had completed a purchase from the Nissan dealer down the Street. The Saleslady actually took me down there to take it back so I could buy the one at the Town Center. I WANTED TO CRY .i WAS SO TIRED AND HUNGRY. ALL THEY GAVE ME WAS A BOTTLE OF WATER. i ASKED THE LADY TO PLEASE TAKE ME HOME BECAUSE THEY HAD CAJOLED ME INTO TAKING THE OTHER CAR BACK AND I HAD NO WAY OF GETTING HOME. 7 HOURS IN THAT NIGHT MARE AND THEY TRIED TO GET A CREDIT ON EVERY BANK THEY COULD WHICH SCREWED UP MY CREDIT EVEN MORE.

    Both the sales GM and the GM of this dealership are not as friendly as they seem. The name of both are Scott and one of them try to be all peaceful but... don't let them fool you. The sales GM is a xxxxx he will look down on judge you and will not help you if he doesn't like you.....and when you tell the GM about the sales GM unprofessional he will just take his side because they are all buddies and have each other backs so you as a customer have nothing to say or they will not do anything for you ....they will claim that it just a misunderstanding just shut up and take your car leave since you are just trash to them.....trust me they will show their true colors once they don't like you.... I will never refer anyone to this dealership....I don't like playing the race card but in this instance they definitely made me feel hated...and just judged by a sales GM that is just bad for that company I would never want to hire someone like that idiot...just to let you know I purchase a 2018 car and they treated me like I was just a piece of trash that I didn't deserve the respect or the service of a customer...something was wrong with the 2018 car but they refuse to hear me out and told me to come back at their convenience.....didn't even try to help me with the issue of the new car....other dealers would of gave me a loner till the car was fix but that sales GM was such a disgrace that he just told me to leave and come back when someone can take a look at it.... so please don't shop there if you are in that area looking for a Nissan go somewhere else....I should of went back to Hyundai down the street maybe they would of treated me with more respect.......

    Great customer service! I never felt pressured to buy my new car, and every member of the team was friendly and knowledgeable. My car did have to go in... for some minor service, but Revay and Aziz made sure the service was scheduled and completed shortly after purchase.

    They mailed a contest ticket with lottery type cards. The tickets said I won one of the top grand prizes. Went there to get the prize and was not awarded... a prize. Tricked 400 people to come to the party where no one got the prizes listed on the ticket cards. Just wrong. No, will not be back or ever buy a car from you.

    I purchased a pre-owned Mercedes ML 350 from Town Center Nissan on May 25, 2018. Weeks later, I am unable to drive the vehicle due to safety concerns for... myself and child. Agreed upon repairs from Town Center Nissan were NOT performed. I was instructed by the service department to seek assistance from Mercedes due to their limited knowledge. I was quoted $2,382.27 for repairs from Mercedes. I have tried, unsuccessfully, to speak with Town Center Nissan to rectify the situation. I emailed Scott Graap, Scott Middleton, Rick Mathis, Dominique Goodrow, and Aziz Atot THREE times and NEVER received a response. I left a message for Scott Graap and he did not return my call. I spoke with THREE representatives from Nissan corporate who were unable to help and advised me to contact the dealership AGAIN. I would NOT recommend purchasing an automobile from their dealership. Town Center Nissan does NOT exhibit the excellence they promote and lacks integrity. It is my sincere hope you heed my advice and take your business elsewhere; I do not wish this experience on anyone.

    I stopped by to buy a new pathfinder. I told them I was ready to buy and I saw online that they had a deal going on. The salesperson knew nothing about... the online prices and that should have been my first clue…We did a test drive and I found a few issues with the car. We went to talk numbers. I started with a pretty low offer because I had shopped and found much better prices elsewhere. Mind you, most of these prices were out of state and I let them know that I wouldn’t be opposed to driving for such a great deal. I still decided to talk numbers and try and work out a deal. When I looked at the pricing sheet I found they added back questionable add-ons (paint protection, $250 floor mats, etc) and that took the price close MSRP again. I questioned these and the salesperson couldn't understand why I questioned the add-ons. Next they give me their financing sheet with payments and asked me which payment looked best. The payments ranged between $900 and $1100. The funny thing is they hadn't pulled my credit yet. When I asked about the interest-rate they couldn't answer me as to what their rate was on the sheet. Again, they seemed baffled that a 900 dollar payment looked bad to me. Who would pay that much a month for a $40000 car? I later figured out they were offering 13.9 interest. When I continued to balk at the numbers, they sent the sales manager over. We discussed my concerns with the price, we discussed my credit (which is really good, just below great), as well as a few concerns I had with the vehicle. He said to sit tight and he would see what he could do. He walked 15 feet away, said something to the salesperson and not two seconds later the person came back over to tell me “I guess you’re headed out of state” and "thanks for stopping by". No additional conversation or negotiation. I called a Nissan dealer in Gwinnett and told them what I was looking for and what I wanted pricewise. When I got there they had already worked up a few options they worked with me to hit my numbers. Thanks to them, I successfully purchased a pathfinder. Plus the new dealer didnt charge for any add-ons except for the dealer fee and they provide 2 years oil changes and maintence.

    Do not buy a car from this dealer says he will never get follow-up after you drive off the lot if there are problems. I've been trying for months to get... my car repaired if you're buying it new in late December 2016. The tires were flat when I got it and have flat spots now and they will not return my calls or work with me. They referred me out and then will not honor the advice of the referral repair shop. Steer clear.
