Amazing dealership!

Good Service and Good Car

I have serviced my Nissan here for years, super friendly, honest, and quick. On an impulse due to an ad, I decided to buy new to replace my used. Friendly customer service. Worked with Brent and Mohammed. Huge selection. Once negotiation started it went fast, and the closing process was even faster.

DISHONORABLE Sold me a car that was in an accident

DISHONORABLE company do not trust them! They sold me a car that had previously been in an accident . And LIED about it. Do not trust this company go anywhere else.

UnSatisfied Customer

A few years ago, we came into the dealership to purchase 1 vehicle and left with 2 vehicles. The customer service was exceptional. I returned in October 2020 and purchased a Rogue. I was very disappointed with the service as I was expecting the same customer service as before. The color Rogue I wanted was not available at the dealership, but the representative did locate one – which was great. From there on the service was terrible. When the vehicle was delivered to my home, I asked about some of the accessories that were requested, the sales representative Vidal Jones said he would have to check and get back with me. The next day I went down to the dealership and spoke with Erikka Wells who assisted me and made sure that all the accessories that had not been added to the vehicle when delivered were put on order and she assured me that they would be put on the vehicle once the service department received them. A few days later Vidal Jones contacted me about the rear bumper protector to be sure I wanted the clear film and not the chrome plate, which I replied the clear film, but didn’t understand what the confusion was. At the time of the sale, I was very explicit in what accessories were to be added to the vehicle as the price of the accessories had already been added to the total price of the vehicle. Since I was dissatisfied with the service I received, I looked at my contract and found some discrepancies and contacted Erikka Wells. She sent me information to help clear up the discrepancies that I found. I attempted to reach out to her a second time because I was still dissatisfied with the results. Erika Wells never returned my call or email. From the day I signed the contract, to the day everything was finalized was 2 weeks. Of which the vehicle was at the dealership a majority of the time. As a dissatisfied customer, I will not purchase nor recommend this dealership to anyone. The customer walking out the door should always feel satisfied. Selling a car is great, but making sure that the customer is satisfied with the purchase is what makes a great sale and a repeat customer.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

The fiance manager added gap insurance to after I told him i did not want it. I had to call and cancel but keep in mind it was already added to my loan which is added interest. He also told me I would get free oil changes and tire rotation for 24 months every 5k miles - when I asked him what i was signing he said i was signing for the free vip service - when i got home and reviewed my paper work it the cost was a little over $500.00 not free as he stated. which made sense why my doc's didn't match by $999.00. PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP- IF YOU DO CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK BEFORE YOU LEAVE - DO NOT LET THEM ROLL IT UP AND PUT IT IN THE ENVELOPE FOR YOU. THE GLASS DESK MONITOR IS HOW THEY GET AWAY WITH IT. AFTER YOU SIGN CHANGES ARE BEING MADE.*** MAKE YOUR COMPLAINTS KNOW TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU RIGHT AWAY. ***THE MORE COMPLAINTS THEY WILL BE INVESTIGATED FOR THE FRAUDS THEY ARE!!!

Over paid for my car

This was totally my fault for not paying attention to the numbers. I am just sharing this as a warning for those buying a car here. I purchased a 2017 Rogue and the price online was $20,999 with a $999 fee (which they told me they were going to wave) , after going back and forth I ended up getting frustrated and didn't pay attention to the fact that I was paying $22,999 for the car. AGAIN it is my fault, make sure you keep your eye on those numbers. This was my 4th purchase here you would think they would appreciate my business a little more.

Great Experince

Our family has purchased 3- vehicles here now and they always work with us to land where we need to be. Mike is a great sales rep and Trent Perryman (sales manager) went above and beyond to make the last transaction happen. Great team- and great finance manager as well.

Customer service not wearing mask!

Apparently customer service does not care about their customers or their employees as no one is wearing mask. Shameful and I am sharing this widely. I wear a mask to protect you please wear a mask to protect me. When you are not working with a customer or not in a conversation take your mask down but when you are in contact with anyone please wear a mask.

Beware they have all the tricks!

Ok I have had a bad experience with this dealership. 1st problem is I explicitly negotiated a deal with the salesman and went over the numbers 3 times. When getting to the final guido finance guy here comes the extra $699 BS charge. You have to keep fighting them and then 30 minutes later most of it can go away. Don’t let them cheat you. Next comes the high rate financing. I went for it as it can be paid off but beware they will take excessive time to get your tag to you which means more interest fees and potential kickback to guido. Next comes the overcharge for tax and title. I’ve called twice over two weeks on that and still no callback. Maybe never see that again. All I can say is buyer beware and these people are crooks.
