    Shopped for a new Cruze with my son, narrowing finalists based on price. The Cable Dahmer people made a great offer, much better than two other dealers, and showed surprising flexibility during negotiations. They didn't pull any of the crap I expected from a car dealer. It was painless, my son's delighted with the car, and Cable Dahmer deserves praise.

    My experience was great...they got me in and out the same day. Parts department even had the part I needed in stock. I actually had my truck towed there passing other dealerships because I knew I would get better service at Cable Dahmer of KC. Oh...if you need anything in service just ask for Aaron Scholz

    Jack Parres was the first contact in the service department, what an ambassador for Cable Dahmer. He told me they were pretty light in the service area and could get me right in. Checked me in and my name and phone number were already in their system from my initial phone call. He verified my warranty on a GM certified transmission installed in Littleton, CO. Fixed my transmission earlier than promised, kept in contact with relevant information. Great service experience.

I have met the general manager, service manager, sales manager, and customer relations. All ask about your experience, each taking measure of what is being said. I personally recommend the dealership and look forward to future inaction.

    It was the end of me and my husband's lease and we made a decision to keep our cars. Everything went seamless and we weren't pressured to purchase anything that wasn't needed for us. The staff is very friendly and they make you feel like you are part of the family.

    If you are a woman, DON'T GO HERE. Not only did their initial mechanic lie to me about the amount of miles recommended for a brake fluid flush (he told me 15,000 miles less than recommended), when I brought that error to another mechanic's attention (and their service reps), I was told that they did me a favor by breaking up my maintenance. It was horrifically condescending, and they refused to acknowledge that their service representative had lied or, at the very least, was incorrect in recommend me a service that I then purchased. Disgusting.

    I purchased a new Silverado with them and decided that it wasn't the right decision for me at this time. Cable Dahmer exchanged the Silverado for a Cruze RS LTZ, which lowered my payment and the cost of ownership went down dramatically. They also lowered my interest rate. I'm happy with way it turned out and hope to do business in two years to lease a new Silverado, which is my ultimate goal.
