    Ms. Downey, I apologize that you feel this way. The facts are this. You purchased the vehicle in March of 2017 and drove with no issue for 6,000 miles at which point you brought your vehicle to the Toyota dealership and had it serviced in May of 2017. Two months later your vehicle was involved in an Accident with another car. On November 4th you brought your vehicle to another auto repair shop at this point you had driven the vehicle almost 16,000 miles over an 8 month period! To expect that after driving 16,000 miles that maintenance needed due to the fact you have driven that distance would be covered by a dealership is NOT a reasonable expectation.

    I am totally disappointed in the service provided by Mr.Johnnie Carter. I have a long time relationship with Honda O???Neil having purchased Two new cars from you over the past 30 years. I brought my car in for service on 11-02. I truly expected to wait there for service but Mr Carter convinced me to go home as it could take over 4 hours for repair and possible parts. I did not have a return ride. When your morning driver volunteered that he does pick up and would arrange such for me. Mr. Carter called at 3pmto tell me my Crv was ready when I returned. He insisted that I did not have a ride arranged. I told him that I did but He continued to disagree. Finally he sent a young lady to pick me up (5miles) to pay for my repair almost $800. This lady also told me that she was surprised that he had refused to provide pick up and that is available. Mr Carter continued the disagreement. I have brought my both cars for service, repair and collision for the lives of my cars. I will consider finding a place in Shawnee closer to my home ( less than 5 miles) which will also be undoubtably cheaper. I am so disappointed with the service provided by Mr.Carter. However, your transporters were so kind and lovely, making a sharp contrast to ???Johnny??? from whom I do not want to speak with again.

    Hello JoanK I do apologize for the poor customer service you received from our service advisor. We do typically run a one way shuttle since it can be difficult to arrange pick up with out possibly leaving some one stranded if we had multiple pick ups. having said that we try to accommodate customer needs when possible and Johnnie should have made an exception in your situation and arranged for pick up.
