Complimentary oil change was not honored.

I went in with a complimentary oil change, which had been sent to me via e-mail, but it wasn't honored. I made sure when I called to make the appointment it was known that I had the complimentary oil change, made sure to show the paperwork upon arrival, and yet instead of honoring the free oil change, one of my pre-paid package oil changes was used. I feel this was dishonest and was just a way to save the company money. If you don't wish to honor your complimentary services such as the one I was sent, then don't send them. While I am usually satisfied with the service at this facility I felt this was underhanded and dishonest and once I've used my last pre-paid oil change service I will cease driving so far to get my vehicle serviced. I can pay less and drive many miles less to get my vehicle serviced locally and will once I have used all my pre-paid oil changes.


A Breath of Fresh Air!

Best car buying experience ever! The staff was knowledgeable and courteous and respective of my time. Although I plan to drive my new car a very long time, I'll return to Sport Durst when it's time for another vehicle.

Battery Died on Christmas Day.

I left a message with the dealership on Christmas Day that my car didn't start. I called again on the day after Christmas and got a recording. Within a few minutes, a customer service person called and sounded really concerned. We arranged to bring my car in at 9:30 am! I was thrilled. My husband took the car in to get serviced. All he could say was Great service!
