    If you want to deal with a honest car salesman- Scott Yaeger is a gentleman and very professional I would recommend him highly and my new Kia Telluride... is a joy to drive.

    I enjoyed not being pressured into making a purchase. Ernesto answered all my questions and never made me feel as if I was annoying with the back and... forth discussions on various options to fit my budget.

    Gregory Sofio, our SA was so amazing very knowledgeable extremely patient and went above and beyond to service us and accommodate us with our tight schedule.... We were looking for a used car and we ended up buying a new one. I would very much highly recommend working with him.

    I brought my car in to get an oil change and inspection done. My driver side brake light was out so I needed that replaced. So while replacing it they... broke the housing said it was on to tight so they cracked it, then I received a call saying they can’t pass my inspection because of that and now I need to pay nearly $400 to put on a new unit. So I tell them don’t do anything else I’m coming to get my car. Ten minutes later get another call saying that they can pass me for inspection but will still need to get it fixed even though they broke it. I also got a synthetic oil change however the sticker they put on my window shows only 3k miles to the next oil change. However the claim that it is synthetic the sticker was in error. But after dealing with what I went through not really sure I believe anything they say. I have tried 5 times to reach the service manager. 3 calls 2 emails and have not heard anything back. Guess I should have looked at yelp first to see they have 2 star review with nothing except non stop complaints about this place.

    Back in April I placed a factory order (or at least I thought I did) for a 2020 Telluride with salesperson Ernesto. We picked out the vehicle exactly as... I wanted and wrote a check for $1000. I was told that the order would be placed that same week and that I could expect the vehicle within 2-3 months. Throughout this time I received no courtesy calls, instead I had to persistently call Ernesto for him return my calls. I also received a letter saying the bank denied me because of my credit. I had to once again reach out to Kia just to be told "ignore that letter, everyone gets it". Exactly 3 months later I called Ernesto, no response, so I drove down to the dealer. After waiting 20 minutes for Ernesto I was finally told he was gone for the day so I spoke to Ray, a desk manager. Without any interest he told me that the Telluride I wanted wouldn't arrive until October. No apologies, no attempt at any accommodation. It is incredible to me how a dealership that always seems to be empty (at least the two days I visited) cannot find the time to make a simple phone call to a paying customer and let them know that there is a delay or that something has come up. I'm convinced that the "factory order" that I paid for never took place. I think they just told me I was paying for a factory order when in reality they didn't and were just waiting for that specific vehicle to show up at their dealer or a dealer nearby. I applaud Kia for the vehicles they're producing but they really have to work on their inept sales personnel.

    I went to Autoworld Kia to attempt to lease a new car with my fiancé. What an awful experience. We worked with Gregory who could not have been more rude.... He came out with a number written on a paper (awful number) and refused to negotiate. I asked for additional details to justify his number and he refused to get them. When going through the math to get to his number he simply said “you’re confusing me, you’re wrong.” He would not budge and simply said “that’s the price.” When I said we were leaving he turned to my fiancé and said “forget him, if you want the car, just get it.” We then got up to leave and he said “I forgot what your name was anyway.” —- needless to say, I went to another dealer and got the same exact car for $72 DOLLARS LESS A MONTH (over $2500 over the life of the lease). I will never recommend someone shop at Autoworld Kia. Not only were they rude, they are a complete rip off. Furthermore, after I had this experience I emailed the dealership with this information. They did not even respond. That shows how much they value service.

    I waited a month after financing my 2020 kia telluride to write this review and it couldnt be more insightful. BUYERS BEWARE OF LIARS, BEWARE OF JOHN THE... FINANCE GUY. First i have to say, we traded our 2013 Jeep Liberty and received a rebate to add to the "discount" of the total sales price. On to the details, the staff is very friendly, catered to every need that we had, answered every question we asked. We chose this particular dealership because of friendly ratings, however this will change your opinion. So me and my wife's credit are above 700, neither of us need co signers. We were expecting our first child and wanted an upgrade to welcome our new baby, something with more safety features. The telluride is awesome, it fully serves its purpose and its functionality comes in handy everyday. This review is more about the dealership. We "thought" and were instructed that with our trade in and rebate and "haggling" that our total sales price would be 34,000 That is awesome news because the MRSP is 41,000 for this vehicle. Long story short our first statement in the mail proved us wrong, proved us to be idiots and not reading the fine print. Totally our mistake and not being more careful after spending 8 hours in the dealership to make this deal good. Our notice in the mail for this vehicle came out to be 40,000 because JOHN signed off the selling price of the car to be 45,000 and deducted the rebate and trade in value from that. Im more upset that all that time i wasted haggling and negotiating to be more careful about purchasing this vehicle came to nothing because they wrote down whatever it is they wanted to write down. Trust me when i say i was repetitive with the numbers and questions that i walked out a few times just to break it all in. The numbers dont lie and this dealership after all the handshakes and after all the smiles lied to me and my pregnant wife to make the numbers work for them. They didnt give us a discount on this hot new car. They jacked up the MSRP to soften the blow after all the discounts tallied in. I know they say that dealerships are crookships but i really thought this place was different. Im more the fool for believing what they said was what they were selling on paper because now i have no claim.
