Great Experience!

The customer service we experienced in purchasing our first Range Rover from Land Rover Bedford was fantastic. Jonathan Parker was patient and helpful throughout all aspects of the transaction. He was communicative throughout the process and thorough in his presentation of the car and it's technology/ systems upon delivery, spending an hour to make sure we were confident in every feature the car has. Not only that, he followed up multiple times in the following week to make sure we were satisfied. In an industry where good customer service is not always a given, Jon's great service exceeded our expectations!

Good Stuff

I worked with Jonathan Parker at Land Rover of Bedford. Jon was patient, informed and willing to find a middle ground we could agree on when I purchased a used vehicle off this lot. He is a skilled salesperson and I would recommend working with him to anyone. I love the ride, and I appreciate his honest interactions in arriving at a deal. Thanks Jon! Great Experience

From my first interaction on the phone with Mae M, I knew that Land Rover Bedford was going to treat us well. Once we arrived at the store, Nic Blaney greeted us and listened to what we were looking for. He showed us two vehicles which was perfect because we also had our 9 month old with us. After test driving we purchased the exact car Nic knew we would like from listening to what we wanted. Negotiating terms was easy and then we had the pleasure of working with Mike the next day to sign the paper work. What I liked most was that no one at this dealership tried to sell us anything that we didn’t want. They listened to our needs and presented what they thought we might like- they were spot on with every part of the sale. Nic has also checked in with us since the purchase and I am happy he did because I had a few new questions about some of the controls. Thank you to everyone for selling us a fantastic vehicle.

Land Rover Bedford

Superb dealership and amazing salesman! I had been to several dealerships in the New England area in search of the perfect vehicle. Service too expensive.

$ 276 for an oil change on my Jaguar XE; and they over filled it. Had to siphon some oil out to get it right. Won’t be going back here again.

Salesman Travis King is Great!

I just bought a 2020 Discovery Sport and Travis made the process smooth and seamless. He answered all my questions and took care of everything. Some new purchases take all day but I was in and out in 20 minutes. Completely recommend.

The best car purchase experience I have ever had!

I purchased my first Land Rover from Land Rover Bedford, NH and it was an exceptional experience. Travis King was our sales contact and he was friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly: reasonable. We never felt pressured and did not have to go through a lengthy and uncomfortable back and forth negotiation. They were fair and transparent. Also, they made purchasing a vehicle amidst the covid 19 pandemic a safe experience. Without hesitation I recommend Land Rover Bedford.
