This was the worst experience of my life for $ 122,000.00 investment. Never buy from this dealer, not really honest. I will never recommend to anybody... to buy a car at this place
Save your self the pain. Do not buy a vehicle from these crooks. They sold me a car with a Fake Car Fax Report (saying car was never in accident), Fake... Warranty Certificate (Confirmed by Mercedes that the warranty had long expired), was involved in an accident (Confirmed by Mercedes), poorly repaired, entire car was repainted to hide accident and has rear engine oil leak that cost $5,500 to repair (to which they tried to hide from me by adding a sealant/sealer to the oil). I could not travel to see before deal and being a Disabled ARMY Veteran didn't think that the sales man would lie to me stating that he was a Disabled veteran himself to gain my trust. I never thought that when I almost died in Iraq to defend the freedom of my country I was also making the sacrifice to defend the freedom of this dealership to swindle and rip me off. Georgia has no Lemon Laws for used cars which make the situation worse if you don't have a good lawyer. Fortunate for me I have one and more than enough resources to pursue. I have fought for my country and my life, this is no different Select Luxury Cars if your reading this. I asked to speak to the sales manager after the findings and now all I'm getting is the usual duck tactics. Anyone who buys a vehicle from this dealer is supporting fraudulent car sales to veterans, themselves and all other Americans alike.
Select Luxury truly provides a “Luxury” buying experience! I was very apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle from out of state without inspecting it myself.... I was even more worried about trading my own vehicle to an out of state dealer. Select Luxury has really proven to me that all that is possible without any “horror” stories. They set up the pickup of my vehicle, gave me a fair price once it arrived, and sent my purchased vehicle right to my door. James Younis (sales associate), was simply amazing! Truly a “Pro”. I felt like family talking with him and he made me feel at ease throughout the entire process! Never did he not answer my phone calls, even when he was visiting his family member in the hospital! And I’ve never received my title so quickly! Less than a week!!! It takes much longer from local dealerships, but Samira overnighted the Title so I can register my newly purchased car in no time! And the quality of the car that I purchased was impeccable. There’s never a “perfect” buying experience, but I can honestly say mine with Luxury Select was simply that, perfect in every way. I want to thank James and Samira from the bottom of my heart. I love my new car and the entire buying experience from Luxury Select... 5 stars across the board! I definitely know where to look when it’s time to purchase my next vehicle!!!
I bought a 2008 Bentley. I wait a month so they could put a new top on the car. When I arrived the top would not close. They took it to the shop and... brought it back a hour later. I drove the car three days and two holes appeared the the side of the top and plastic parts were damaged I took it back. They looked at it and the Manager agreed to replace the top but I would need to be contacted for the trip. I live in Arkansas. I keep calling and finely was told they would not pay to have the top replace only the labor. Don't trust them
In 2005, I bought a 2003 BMW M3 Cabriolet. It was the exact spec that I was looking for. After being told that the car was perfect, and reviewing the... clean car fax, I decided to move forward. I was told that a cashiers check was needed the next day, or the deal was off. First red flag. We flew down from NYC to take delivery of the car 2 days later. The car was far from perfect. It had a badly chipped front bumper, which looked to be a botched respray paint job. I was disappointed to say the least. They just tried to brush it off as it were normal. Fortunately, while the car was in for a routine oil change at my local bmw dealership, the front fender got scratched from their "protective" blankets. While the car was in for a wet sanding and detail, the front bumper was repainted the right way. I only kept the car for 18 months and traded it in on a CPO vehicle at a local dealership. I provided all receipts with regards to the sanding/ bumper repair to show that it wasn’t from an accident. I also provided the car fax from purchase at select luxury. After my deal was finished, I left the dealership in my new car. About 2 days later, I was called by my sales advisor to get another copy of the original car fax. The problem that surfaced was that the new carfax showed an accident from prior to my purchase. Select luxury lied and were deceiving during this transaction. Buyer beware.
I had the best experience I have had buying ANYTHING I have bought in a long time at Select Luxury cars in Marietta! Leonard Brooks was new to the company.... But I called him that morning and told him not to let anyone have my car! He told me he has the keys! He was so nice polite and amazing as I was running late to meet him. He made the whole process fun and easy! He has such a genuine kind spirit! I can easily read someones intentions. He was just so honest and upfront! He was so knowledgeable his experience showed! We were there a while because my husband is "thorough." We never felt rushed, I never felt him hovering over me. It was amazing! Then with the financing aspect Jerry Bates is amazing! THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO BEAT ANY RATE! Jerry got me down to comparing cents! He has been there forever and he is very good at what he does! He beat my credit union! He is so nice, and was very efficient, as we had to finish everything in a hurry so I could go pick up my son! Its simple this place is AMAZING! Great perfect cars for crazy deals! If you want a luxury vehicle without the dealership cost this is where you need to go! I got a PERFECT Mercedes SUV no scratches in perfect condition and I saved so much money! You will be so happy with your whole experience! Thanks to everyone involved!
I drove an hour and 45 min to see a vehicle that the reared was smashed in and was not photographed to show in pics... Very mis leading. they said they... would repair but would have to increase the price for the cost of repair... Buyer beware
Drove from Knoxville after talking with sales about damage I could see from the online photos. 1) Roundel on hood was missing 2) Front air dam damaged... 3)cover for front tow attachment missing. I had the salesman check the car and was told all that was addressed and the car was still there. When we arrived to look at the car I started looking closely at it and found the hood was badly scratched and should have been repainted. The front air dam had been replaced or repainted, but looked like it was painted in someone's back yard. There was obvious debris under the new paint! Tried to get the vehicle for less so it could be repaired properly, but no deal. Now they have jacked up the price from $11,400 to $12,990!! Stay away from this place.
Unfortunately some earn the reputation that this industry gets. I worked with a great sales rep Mike on purchasing a Gran T over the last day. He moved... fast and got me everything I asked for... which was great so far.... We got everything lined up this morning. I was calling my bank to get approved and driving back home to print out the deposit slip. Then I am told the GM sold the car to someone that walked into the dealership ... knowing he already had a buyer. The GM did not even give his sales rep the common courtesy to call me first and get the deposit from me first. That’s bad business and certainly as a sale rep there..pretty cut throat... it showed me there is a lack of concern for doing the right thing and also giving the reps a fair chance to finalize something... getting the sale is key but having great customer service is also doing the right thing. Either way I would have give them deposit, which I had along with the approval, or I wouldn’t and the other buyer would get it. Either way the dealer would have still sold it. Maybe they got more money for it which also says something too. Take at your own risk. I feel the cars also can be a reflection of how a dealership is ran.
I would highly recommend to stay away from Select Luxury Cars if you are an out of state buyer. I recently purchased a Maserati Granturismo from them... and I had the car shipped to Massachusetts. The car showed up with a service engine light on a broken mirror switch, a cracked front grill and it also failed a my state inspection. Before I purchased the car I spoke to my salesman Rodger about if there was any damage to the car and he said everything is in great condition. I understand that I wasn't buying a new car but I can't believe they would send out a car in this condition. I spoke to the sales manager Hal about my issues he told me I shouldn’t have purchased a car from out of state. He also told me that all the cars that they sell are as is per Robbie Ashcar. On there website it says that they service all there vehicles before they sell them doesn’t mean they service them it means they give the a look over if if the car looks good then thats there service. I strongly recommend to stay away from Select Luxury Auto.
