    I initially contacted Lone Star Chevrolet through the Cars.com app and was hooked up with Kelvin Brown in Internet Sales. Kelvin did a great job communicating with me via email, text, and phone call, answering all my questions, providing additional photos, and keeping me up-to-date on the current status of my vehicle. He was able to provide me a very clear and competitive price for the vehicle and this price was upheld once I actually arrived as the dealership. The folks at Lone Star were exceptionally friendly all-around and made my purchase experience go very smoothly. I had feared getting into a long-winded runaround with the Finance and Insurance associate, but they were actually very understanding of my buying needs and did not create any stressful hurdles in the purchasing process. This was my first time buying a new vehicle on my own. I've heard so many nightmare stories about car dealerships, but Lone Star Chevrolet truly made the process about as fast and painless as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car!

    why have voice mail and email when most don't answer their phones, listen to their voice mail or return calls and don't reply to their emails. Johnny on the spot to sell you but slow be found when there is a problem. But, be sure they want an "all excellent" when completing the survey

    About a few days ago I called this dealership to buy GTR ,the costumer service was terrible ,he Told me I will call you back to give you the price with tax everything but he didn't call me,because they don't have experience about how to talk politely with costumer and how soon they have to call back the costumer ,0 Star is the best for this company ,I don't recommend at all

    This week I had my car taken in for service. Minor details that needed to get done but would take a few days to accomplish. My service specialist Gordon made sure to take good care of me. He was recommended by the Internet director Elena Treviño who has always made sure to put me in good hands as well as those in refer to Lone Star. Elena and Gordon set me up with Ashlee who got put me in a loaner so that I would be OK while my car was in the shop. I am completely grateful and extremely satisfied with everything my team does for me here at Lone Star Chevrolet. Always feel like royalty. Happy and blessed thanksgiving.

    This dealer treated us like family, one of the friendliest most comfortable stress-free car purchases ever. We traveled from San Antonio to buy the car that we did and the amount of hospitality was unreal! I definitely would go back to them in search of my next new/used GM product and I highly recommend this dealer to anyone who reads this.

    I found a 2006 Jag XJ8 on Cars.com. I contacted Sid Feliciano, Internet Sales & we traded a few emails before getting on the phone. He was super nice & very helpful. While I was deciding to buy the car someone else swooped in from Philly through another salesman & bought the car. Sid was nice even when breaking the bad news. Overall my experience was great & I would highly recommend Lone Star Chevrolet & Sid.
