    Kevin Aviles was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable, was not pushy and found us exactly what we were looking for. The finance manager gave a great deal on an extended warranty and we could not be happier with our new Maxima. Thanks so much!

    By all means I understand the sales process and I even understand it's a give and a take. Well the GM of this business doesn't seem like he understands and knows how to be an effective communicator as he touts. The regard of a buyer was the least of his worries. First of all the car I wanted to see was locked away and was unable to be shown. I come back and they have it ready to do a test drive. Test drive goes well and my sales rep was awesome. I was ready to purchase. I provided my trade and was willing to work by giving money down as well. It went round and round and I was asked a specific question that sent the whole negotiation into a tail spin. First and foremost I'm in sales and I would never do or use this tactic against any of my potential buying prospects. I was asked if I was willing to lose this deal over 11 dollars extra a month. My response was quick. I simply asked the sales manager if he was willing to lose the deal over 11 dollars. I even stated it was a horrible and unfair question to ask and said he should ask his boss the same question. Well he did so and that's when the GM who stated he was also an owner came over to the table. In a very hostile tone he said "you wanted to speak with the big boss well here I am and yes I am willing to lose a deal over 11 dollars". He then told me to leave and never come back and that I had been there twice and wasted his staffs time. He also took it upon himself to tell me that my car was worthless and have fun driving an old high mileage car. He was very adamant that I was not welcome back ever. I kept my cool with him although asking him why he was so hostile. My question wasn't answered until after I walked out of the door when the sales rep and sales manager followed me out of the door and said they could have him removed to make the deal happen. They also said the GM has had a personal issue happen earlier. To me that is no excuse. I told them my disgust and that I was too upset to make a decision. So I left. I ended up hearing back the next business day and I gratefully declined the sales rep and stated my business and money isn't wanted by them and I will find a vehicle elsewhere. I'm happy to report I found an even better vehicle than the one I was looking to purchase and with less headache and amazing customer service. If you feel like you want to purchase from this dealer by all means go but make sure you don't allow yourself to be pushed around like the GM tried to do. Kudos to the sales rep during the entire process. He has a future and will go far. It's rare to see a young gun salesman keep calm in a situation like that when it was not his fault at all. I hope the GM understands he is the one who kept his sales rep from reaching his quota or going above it by souring a deal.

    This has been my fourth car from Henderson Nissan and Jimmy has been my salesman and wow does he know how to take care of customers. I have been buying cars for about 25 years and by far it has truly been an amazing experience. I just took my son there for his new car and he will always be a loyal customer because of the outstanding customer service.

    This has been my fourth car from Henderson Nissan and Jimmy has been my salesman and wow does he know how to take care of customers.     We recently purchased a new Auto from Auto Mall Henderson. Easy experience, no up-selling and got just what we wanted. Very nice environment and friendly. Our sales person was Antonio and special kudos to Lou Finkleberg for perfect and immediate satisfaction of minor issue.

    Needed a new car and received excellent service. The salesman Kevin was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the cars. He found one that fit my needs and was aesthetically pleasing to me. Overall it was a great process even though I hate having to buy a new car. I only had to tell him once what I wanted and he ended up getting me the perfect fit

    Henderson Nissan was the only place I'd had my car serviced for the last 2 1/2 years. Brought my car in with a problem that had developed about a year ago shortly after an oil change at this dealership, smoke coming from the engine compartment, and a foul smell coming through the vent when it's set for fresh air. Their recommendation was: Replace valve cover gasket/PCV valve hose Oil pan reseal Transmission side seal Right axle seal Cost: $1,330 Was told the first three items were causing the smoke. Drove the car home to think about this for a week and talk to coworkers knowledgeable about cars. Was told the only thing that could cause smoke was oil leaking through the valve cover gasket. I opened the hood and decided to check the screws holding the valve cover in place. They were all loose, so loose I could remove them with my fingers. I can only speculate how that happened, valve cover screws don't loosen themselves. Spent 30 seconds tightening them. Problem solved, no more smoke, no more smell. At the very best, one can conclude that their mechanics are incompetent to miss such a simple fix, but we know that isn't the case. I'm pretty sure their mechanics know how to fix cars. But auto repair shops don't make lots of money tightening screws, they make lots of money on repairs, whether necessary or otherwise.
