Made a deal with a young salesman that was 19 years old send all my information I live two and a half hours away I was on my way he calls me and lets me know that somebody else is making the deal with the same car that I wanted they said they can't hold the car I thought the deal was done they run my credit and I was on my way to pick up the car got off work early wasted my time with them and my gas beware of this dealership very shady Aldi can tell me is they can't hold a car I thought the deal was done and I was going to pick up the car all I got is wasted time and money

Buyer Beware of A6 engines !
The 2013 A6 we purchased new from Rusnak just had the engine damaged with no warning. The initial calls to the dealership were not answered, nor the email. Finally, they responded to the online chat. They were unsympathetic to the situation -- this is just something that happens to A6 engines. The estimate repair cost is over $10,000.

Pleasant experience and great sales staff.
Car buying is usually a nightmare, but i did not encounter any of this at Rusnak Westlake Audi. The experience was refreshing and the entire process went by faster than what you would expect. Happy with my purchase and would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Excellent serice department
Adam Ummarino, my service advisor, always takes great care of me. He's a very personable guy. He's always sure to secure an Audi loaner for me, and keeps me informed of the progress of my service. On my most recent service visit for my A7, which I bought certified/used from another dealer, he reviewed the service records and determined that I had been sold the wrong Audi Care package (one included service had already occurred before I bought the car) and helped me get the problem corrected.
