This Dealership by far was awsome, extremely helpful from Nathan, the Sales Manager to Jimmy Howell, the Sales Team Member in making this a seamless hassle free purchase of our New 2020 Chevy 1500 Duramax. I have purchased many vehicles in my history in California, to recently moving to Nashville. By far a "No" Pressure purchase from the time the Truck came off the delivery Truck to getting the Financing in a expedited fashion to the Vehicle being delivered to our home in Charlotte Tn. Jimmy is an outgoing people person with his knowledge of vehicles, and this Vehicle we purchased. I'm a car Buff and a people person and Nathan set us up with the same type of person where my wife and I had the exact talent we needed especially putting my wife at ease. By far this was a game changer in my wife's eyes as wife's do get intimidated on vehicle purchases and sales staff. Thanks again Carl Black Cheverlot, and the Team players for all the information needed to make this wonderfull deal go thru with better then competitive pricing after researching other dealers in the area. Honesty was at the forefront with this dealership. Ben Smith...when you meet him....you are not thinking car salesman. He's down to earth and earned my trust right away. He spelled out how everything would go with my car order. No deviations occurred and he helped me to see it through to the end. Also, Joel was very helpful on the day I picked up the car. He answered all my questions...very knowledgeable. 5 stars!
