    My husband and I had a WONDERFUL experience at Lake Norman CJDR. We worked with David Farley as our salesman, and he was wonderful. I am a first time car buyer, and he explained the process in depth. He worked with my budget and found a way to make it work for the beautiful Jeep that I wanted. The process was easy, but David worked very hard to make this car affordable for me. I purchased a Jeep Renegade, and my husband wants a Jeep Cherokee - we will be going back to see David very soon to buy my husband's car!

    I came to the dealership to look at three different used vehicles, and was not looking to buy anytime soon. Maggie was still as helpful as if I had told her I needed to buy that day, with no pressure what so ever. She grabbed the keys to multiple vehicles, showing me all the bells and whistles of each. We were so happy that we ended up coming back the next day and purchasing a vehicle, one that wasn't even on our list of potentials. We are very happy with the whole process, the other employees we interacted with, and will highly recommend Maggie and the team moving forward.

    I wish I could give Maggie more stars! From the minute we pulled onto the lot she was by our side answering questions, and pulling keys, lots of keys! I started out looking at the used wranglers (I knew the exact make and model I wanted), I then went to new ones. Then back to used and back to new. the whole time Maggie patiently showed me everything I wanted to see and drive. She's a real gem! Even after I picked out my jeep, the dreaded "haggeling" was up next. I got an extremely fair price and great financing rate so there was no need to haggle at all. From start to finish, the entire jeep buying experience was outstanding! I have worked with many good dealerships but Lake Norman CJDR was exceptional.

    The entire team at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep were fantastic to work with. Mark Mosayebi made buying my new Jeep as easy as could be. I would highly recommend having Ed Lucas of Carolina Customs modify your ride like he did for me. He was great to work with throughout the process and I couldn't be happier with the way my new Rubicon turned out. Thanks guys!

    Great experience! I have purchased 5 vehicles from Mark W and he provides the best and most efficient service. I always refer Mark to anyone looking for a vehicle. The total dealership experience is always 5 star and you don't have to spend 1/2 a day to purchase your vehicle. Irvin, in the F@I office gets you in and out but answers any questions you may have. He explains each form and solicits any concerns. Ed in parts was very helpful too.

    I had the best experience at Lake Norman Jeep. Our sales person was Maggie and she treated us with respect but most importantly she LISTEN to us. All of them were excellent. Ed in accessory was outstanding. He helped me pick out the rims and tires, he texted me pictures all through the process. Needless to say, I am in love......

    I purchased a used 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited on March 4th of this year. After coming to visit and test drive the vehicle, I was pleased with the Jeep other than a large rip in the leather drivers side seat. The sales team was phenomenal, they worked with my very well to get the numbers where I needed them and where I could make this work to take the Jeep home that day. The only concern was with a tear in the leather seat, drivers side. I was assured at the time of purchasing the vehicle that this would be repaired, and it was written in the final bill of sale agreement. They would not budge on pricing, though gave me favorable deals on my trade-ins, all with my expectation still of having this seat repaired. Otherwise I would have expected a decrease in the sale price of the Jeep, as would anyone. I came in for the scheduled time, March 15th, to have their leather guy look at the seat, who then stated it was non-repairable to his degree of work (stitching). They then told me they would be purchasing an entirely new bottom to the seat ($600 value), and that they were really doing me a solid by doing this for me -- I took it as they were living up to their end of the deal, but yes, it was still very gracious of them to do this, though it was in the agreement and the reason I moved forward with purchasing the vehicle. After about a month, I received no communication on the seat coming in. I left several voicemails trying to figure out what was going on. After my father called and spoke with someone, May 3rd I received a call and email asking for a photo of my seat so that their leather guy could ensure the material they ordered was the right color. This confused me as they already had a photo on file of the seat, and it was to my understanding that they had ordered the bottom to the seat the day I was at the dealership on March 15th. So nearly 2 months after I was under the impression that the seat was ordered, they were still needing a photo to ensure they had the right leather because two leathers were ordered. I have not received any communication since May 10th, which was just confirming they received my photo of the seat. I love this Jeep, and what was proposed to be as simple as ordering the bottom to the seat at an elaborate $600, seems to be turning out to be just an after market leather material ordered to have their leather guy restitch the bottom covering -- and still yet that has not been done. Due to the lack of communications, the failure to deliver on an agreed deal in the price and sale of vehicle, I can not recommend this dealership.

    It was a quick, straight-forward sales process. There was a lot of inventory to choose from. Maggie has worked there for 16 years and she knows her stuff. No high-pressure sales; take as much time as you need. The trade-in was very fair and the sales process quick and painless. I ended up with a new 2017 Durange... R/T with the HEMI! Pretty awesome (traded in my 2015 Durango Limited, V6). I'd recommend purchasing a car from here.
