After two cabin filters that they said I needed I purchased and installed one myself on Saturday, took the car for p.m. on Monday morning. They said I... really needed a cabin filter. Did I really need the other filters?
Good experience. Salesman (Ash) was friendly and listened to me. I bought a used car and felt it was a good deal. But because they treated me like a true... customer is why I bought.
Quite frankly, the car buying experience can be a nightmare. our buying experience was just the opposite at Toyota of Gastonia. Our Sales Consultant Hugo... Esparragoza made our car buying experience incredibly easy. He responded quickly to our emails and worked hard to earn our business. We will be a repeat buyer. Take my advice and leave the attitude found at the Charlotte dealerships behind and travel the 25 minutes to Gastonia and let Hugo earn your business.
Thank you for your kind words and for giving us the opportunity to earn your valued business! We are happy to hear Hugo was able to provide you with ...the unrivaled car-buying experience we pride ourselves on delivering, and we look forward to seeing you again for all your future automotive needs!
Very helpful. I got features I wanted for thousands less when I purchased a highlander instead of a lexus. I was happy with my purchase and service.
The trade in allowance was $1,500 below what other Toyota Dealers offered me for my clean 2012 Toyota Highlander and below Black Book. I reported them... to the BBB, never answered the complaint. It must be true!
Have waited for GM. to contact me reguarding my email to him well over two weeks ago. Guess I will have to call the Corporate Office to get this straightened... out.
We're from Alabama and drove there with an out the door quote from them and our own financing through our credit union. Got there to sign the papers... and the price went up. We purchased anyway. That was May 5th. Today is June 12th, and we've each received two letters denying financing and we still have no way of getting our tag transferred because we don't have the title app. They ran our credit (twice apparently) without consent. Don't walk, RUN away from this place.
Just purchased a 2018 Toyota 4Runner Limited from this dealership. Low pressure, laid back approach to selling by Gardner, our salesperson. They did... everything they needed to do to sell this vehicle. Multiple test drives, great interest rate on the loan, and better than average discounts on the sticker price. Highly recommend this dealership...
I dislike the computer signing of a contract , a man or woman are suppose to have a paper contract to take home to take time to study it... or take it to your regular attorney to see if he can find any traps , scams , hidden traps, like "this sale is conditional" It's called BAIT AND SWITCH" on the financing. This is absurd for a new car salesman to let you take a car home thinking you've got it financed , only to find out a few days or weeks later telling you that the financing fell through and must pay higher interest or lose your down payment plus your trade in , Congress is in the act of making this a federal crime , it's already a scam.
This was my second time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. First time was an excellent experience. Today (4.3.18) while negotiating with the sales... manager (Corey Poindexter) he was irate, rude and did not try to work with me on the price. He was argumentative and when I became frustrated and was ready to walk out of the negotiation, he yelled at me to "Go!" Not the level of professionalism and customer service you would expect from a sales manager. On a positive note, the salesman (Tracy Surrett) was attentive and pleasant to work with.
