    I came here not planning on getting a vehicle and I came across one BMW I thought was a great fit. Well after doing all paperwork and everything I did a little more research had a change of heart with that car and found a different one. After speaking with Pablo at QAM he expedited the new paperwork and got everything we needed to get into the vehicle of choice. It was reassuring that we could do this and we were comfortable with doing business with them. Car is absolutely amazing all around and no problems so far. Recommend

    They emailed me constantly telling me come check out the car , they called me we spoke they said come check out car so I made appointment. Left work early, drove almost 2 hours to get there, guy first of all doesn't want to help me he was very annoyed at the fact that I came in asking for help, come to find out that car was not even available and was sold several days ago. So now he finds another car that fits my needs walk with him thru every single inventory and guess what that car was sold 2 days ago also then he had the nerves to say boss man do your homework. I showed the email telling me to come in and they have that car so bottom line horrible experience bad service wouldn't recommend to anyone honestly.

    I was very annoyed that the dealership did not let us know that the listed price online was FINANCE ONLY. I drove an hour and a half to look at a car that was clearly suffering from flood damage all around the car, but the dealership said it was only due to someone leaving the TRUNK open for a night. It was clearly all a bunch of crap, very dissatisfied with this dealership. DO NOT RECOMMEND

    You will see cheaper price online but the real price is 2000 more on each vehicle . For E.g. If you like any car for $20K online but on table you need to add $2k more so final price is $22k before tax & tags . No one allowed for test drive any car until you approved for the finance . All used car machine was rusting & without any detailing. Please don't waste you hard working money to Queens auto mall. Prefer to pay few thousands more to other reputed dealer with peace of mind. Their salesmen RAY was nasty, rude & abusing person. Their online lower price is just to attract people to their place but you will be surprise their real color when you visit them . Please avoid this dealership .

    I called this dealership to ensure that the car I saw listed online was indeed available and ready for test drive. The guy on the phone checked and said it was. I told him it would take me over an hour to travel there by LIRR, to which he said they would be there waiting for me. When I arrived, they nonchalantly told me that the car wasn't actually there and then tried to up-sell me on other cars that were 50% more expensive. When I asked the so-called manager to reimburse my travel expenses, he not only said no and expressed zero contrition, but also started insulting both my husband and I, shouting xxxxxx, vulgar remarks at me as I walked out of the dealership. Businesses like these shouldn't even be licensed to operate. Absolutely disgusted by the experience.
