Great price and service

Much better than bob smith and always willing to deal. They made it simple and quick and had the car I wanted. Amir was great as always

Best BMW Dealership Experience so Far!

I have visited a few BMW dealerships so far, all always offering superb service but will say that Rusnak topped them all. From being very attentive and helpful to getting me a high end rental when all their loaners were out during my service, the entire experience was great!

Had my BMW serviced

Almost everything went perfectly. Service rep was friendly and helped get the work done as quickly as possible because I was under a time crunch. One complaint: When I got home, warning light said all my tires were under-inflated, which meant I had to drive to a gas station to top them off. Other than that, a great experience.

Pricey for routine maintenance.

My only gripe is with the prices. $160 just to essentially do a quick "check" seems kind of ridiculous. Also, $460 for two tires was not in line with what I expected, as I have previously bought the exact same tires at other locations for about 40% less. Same with alignment and brake service, both of which were significantly overpriced. Don't get me wrong though, the service was just fine, but I think I will be visiting independent shops for most of my routine maintenance in the future

My service writer, Art, is always informed and works on my behalf to get my BMW 750 Li proper attention with an appropriate sense of urgency and timing. RUZNAK and Art have always given me great service and made me feel comfortable that my best interests were being honored.
