This is my second experience with Diamond Luxury Cars. From sales, through management/ownership, and finances -- this was a CLASS ACT all the way through.... These people have been in business for over 25 years, and know what they are doing. Their main focus is customer satisfaction and they don't fall short in this department, believe me. In a few months I will be ready to purchase another vehicle, and I will definitely go back to Diamond II Luxury Cars AGAIN. Many thanks to all who have made these two experiences with the company, such a pleasure.

I have been a customer of Diamond Auto for years. I even bought my first car there, a FORD Probe lol. I am now in the luxury market and have my vehicles... solely serviced at Diamond. I am very happy and find that the service is second to none.
We have so many choices of where to spend our money and who gets our business, and so quality customer service is key for me! The sales staff had a lot... of knowledge about all the cars and everyone was very courteous and professional. I couldn't be happier or more satisfied and highly recommend Diamond II Auto Sales! And of course, I love my car!

Saw a car advertised, looked good in pics. Spoke to a sales guy, offered a price, said he needed to check but that it was probably a go. I asked several... times for sales guy to email pics. He sent me a video which was useless and I didn't want. Asked several times for a Carfax, said he would send. When I finally demanded a Carfax before hanging up he admitted the car had a rebuilt title. This was after him going on ad nauseam about how great the car was, that it was "too cool" for me, yada yada. Typical ultra high pressure used car sales tactics. Place sucks.

Did not return any cars.com inquiries (3), I had to contact them by phone. Drove 1:20 to arrive at this place after announcing my arrival to look at one... particular vehicle. Don't go here! I wouldn't sent my enemies here to buy a car. The facility was in a state of disrepair that it appeared it hadn't been taken care of for forty years since it was built. The cars were in same state of neglect, not taken care of. You trying to sell a car the least you should do is give them a good wash and once over. They new the car I was coming for but didn't bother to have it cleaned at all, interior was nasty and exterior dirty. They clearly do not take pride in their operations nor the products they want to sell. Sitting down to discuss the numbers was a very unprofessional experience that made me run out of there.

I recently bought a car from Diamond II Auto Sales. Three days after purchasing it a check engine sensor came on. When I had a diagnostic done on it at... the local Mercedes dealership it turned out the car needed an engine repair costing over $5,000. When I talked to the owner of Diamond II, he told me he would contact me back the next day, but didn't bother. He said he purchased the car from a "reputable" auto auction. According to the law, if he had done a diagnostic on the car when he bought it and found out about the problem, he could have returned the car to the auto auction and none of this would have happened. I asked the owner to help me out with the cost but received no response. He apparently buys his cars from questionable sources and does not stand behind his cars whatsoever, at least not in my case. Beware of anything you buy from here. The mechanic at the M-B dealership was convinced the sensor had been reset and the engine cleaned up by a previous mechanic to hide the problem so that it took a few hundred miles before the sensor detected the problem again. The problem was obviously there for a while.

The vehicle was inspected twice before being sold, once at Manheim Auction. Since you are in SC and we are in Orlando, FL, we advised you to take the SLK to a local dealer for diagnostics, rather than bring it back here to our shop, and give us their findings, as a matter of convenience to you. We have not heard back from you and ask that you please call us to discuss this matter further.

I sent a really good friend to this dealership to look at a BMW. He said that while not his sales person, who was very good, the office manager Anke was... amazing. She explained the car fax to him and made sure to get him an owners manual. The car is great and was a realy good price.
