    I went to this dealership to purchase a new range rover sport. the salesman John was very helpful, professional, and nice with the whole processes. I would recommend anyone to this dealership. It was a nice environment without any pressure of buying. the facility was very clean too and everyone was nice and helpful. i will buy my next truck from here too.

    This is one of the last of a bread of family owned car dealerships. Not a dealership owned by a faceless corporation. And it shows in the culture of the staff. I have been buying cars every 2 or 3 years since I was in my early 20's. I have never felt better leaving a dealership as i have after getting a vehicle from Frankel. It was the best experience. I will be back in about 2 years and hopefully more.

    I visited several dealerships and didn’t want to go this far as I'm from Fairfax VA. Apparently, the Range Rover HSE is not a common vehicle so there I was two hours away from home. As soon as I shook hands with Pam, I knew the trip was worth it. I do not have an 800 credit score and I'm not as wealthy as most Range Rover folks - I've definitely never paid so much hard earned money (and had to get some from mom, ain't too proud to beg) for a vehicle but between being impressed by the vehicle (a league of its own, trust me) and being impressed by Pam ... I knew this was THE right deal. I was an enthusiast who had many cars before becoming a daddy and meeting Rob before I drove off was a good period in this sentence. He's another old school car guy and his sharing a photo of his Series IIA nearly doubled the credibility of this dealership - not that it needed it, Pam had already sold me. I have to be honest, I stopped in at Mercedes down the street to make a comparison and I was being judged as soon as I stepped in. I heard a whisper between salesmen "he came out of Passat, don't waste your time" while another said "he's an exporter" whatever that meant? I’m glad that happened as this just reinforced my decision - Pam (and our black Range Rover HSE) was head and shoulders above everyone else. This wasn’t about a deal or numbers (yup, I paid MSRP - OUCH!) but if you're going to take $100k from me - at least treat me well? Pam could not have been nicer if we were related. She spoke clearly, honestly and without pressure ... if you're in the market for a Land Rover, the two hour drive to Hunt Valley is worth it if Pam is working I'd say the experience was perfect but I have two gripes, very very small ones. I think management should care or be a bit more interested or they should promote Pam (or Rob) as a nice handshake at the end or a 3 sec "thank you, congratulations" would have made this experience the standard to beat ... and ... worst coffee machine, looked the part and made the right noises but gave me nothing resembling coffee, not even bad coffee ... the cute and cool receptionist tried to do better ... NOPE !

    A HUGE "Thank you" to Amanda Heath, my sales guide, for being such a great help/resource through the buying process. From prior car-buying experience, I was worried that the process would be long and drawn out but she worked with me to make it a very pleasant and respectful transaction. Everyone at the dealership was very gracious and I would also like to also thank Rob for reaching out to me to set up the encore delivery process. I really am very pleased with my purchase and very glad I went to this dealership rather than the one closer to where I live, where I was completely ignored, hence my decision to drive 20 miles further to Hunt Valley.

    If you are looking to buy a car do yourself a favor and skip this one . Took them 2 hours to find the car I wanted (2 cars actually -every sales mans dream) And after these 2 hours they transferred me to someone else....who asked me again the same question I've answered !!! After all I hade 4 cars I wanted to get the price for the lease and the sales person refused to get the price -he said I needed to choose-"well how can I pick if I don't know what the price is !!!" Total waste of time !

    Buying a new Range Rover Evoque was the easiest smoothest process ever! Pamela was by far the most amazing sales associate I have ever worked with. The customer service was outstanding. Pamela met all of our needs and made car buying an easy process. We left the dealership feeling like we made relationships and bonded with people who worked there opposed to leaving feeling like you got ripped off or that they didn't truly care. Couldn't have had a better sales associate!!!!!

    I have purchased and serviced over a dozen cars in my life time and I have NEVER received such exceptional customer service and care that I have received at your dealership. From buying the vehicle from Mr. Paul Mitchell to all of my service needs. Everyone is always courteous and friendly. The service managers are very knowledgeable and helpful. The young lady in the loaner car dept is fabulous. My family and I are customers for life. Never have I been so satisfied with a dealership. Congratulations to the staff on their exceptional customer service. I would rate your facility with 5 stars with 5 being the highest.

    In December of 2015 I found a 2012 Range Rover Sport Supercharged listed online on the Hunt Valley Land Rover website. The dealership was upfront in disclosing that the car had been damaged in an accident (hit a deer). After a few days of mulling over the car I decided to make an offer. Apparently Pamela Keys and her manager Gary (Greg?) were not happy with my offer. I let them know I was a serious buyer and if they didn't like my offer to please counteroffer. For 48 hours after making my offer I tried to contact Pam to find out the status of my offer and at what price they would be counteroffering. On the 3rd day past when I made my offer they politely let me know that someone else came in that day to test drive the car and that this other buyer would have first priority to buy the car. I was very upset and asked why they had ignored my calls and requests for a counteroffer. I expressed that it seemed unfair to sell the car to someone else while I was trying to negotiate the purchase price. At that point I even offered to pay full listed price for the car. The Manager Gary (or Greg) was extremely rude and basically told me I was out of luck and they would call me if the other buyer decided against buying the car. Their attitude and treatment was extremely unprofessional and rude. On top of all the rudeness 2 days later they called me asking if I still wanted the car, their 1st place buyer didn't qualify. By that time I had already purchased a different car. Buyers please be aware that this dealership, in my opinion, does not conduct themselves in a professional manner or value doing what is "right". Caveat Emptor...
