Bad service department
The service department for this place is unreal. when you buy a $50,000. dollar jeep. and you need service when we bought the extended warranty from sales and service says that don't work out here in the shop area. Brake lines at 10,600 miles. They are rude and please don't use them.

Great service
Had Jeep at service center by 7a for diagnosis of engine tapping. Jesus Guerrero was my service manager. Received call at 3p that Jeep was diagnosed and would be repaired by next morning. Asked about other services (50,000 mile checkup, fluids etc.) to be added and was told no problem. Next day at 9a received call from Mr Guerrero that my Jeep was ready. My compliments to Mr Guerrero and AutoNation for a service experience that any customer would be envious of. Professional and detailed. I bought my Jeep at the Katy AutoNation 2 years ago.

Buying a JEEP Cherokee
The process of buying a new car is always daunting but Auto Nation made the experience as painless as possible. It still takes forever to go through the financing process. The only thing I would change is to have a pre-approved loan before going to purchase a car.

Love Jeep, WORST dealer ever
Daughter heading back to college in San Antonio in `16 Jeep Wrangler 25K mi and had an issue as the car was driving weird and anti-lock brake light came on. Stopped at Autonation Jeep ram Katy,Tx dealer. It is 4:00 and asks them to look at it and says it is still under warranty. The rude service man accuses her of not maintaining the car. She says no check the records I take it to a Jeep dealer and have it serviced regularly. He then says the sensor may be bad but if the wires were chewed by a rodent then it will not be covered under warranty and a few other examples of reasons why it may not be covered. Turned out to be a sensor which WAS under warranty but didn?t get the car back until 4:00 the next day. Why be so rude and stress out a poor young college girl. Never go to this dealer. There are many better Jeep dealers

I had an appointment with a sales rep at 10:00 am and she was a no show. I was very discouraged and was going to leave. The sales manager sent someone to help me but he was ?I was elected to help you?. I told him no thanks. I went out to my car to leave and cane back to the reception desk and there was a very professional young man who helped me and sold me my van.
