Quick and easy

Nice sales group, every one was easy and kind to work with. The transaction went very smoothly and fast. I spent total of 3 hours between 2 days at the dealership and very happy with the end result.

Treated like a criminal!

Came into your dealership while i was up visiting my son. Saw a ram power wagon and decided to buy. I was told i could not use my debit card, ok. I get it the fees... Then i tried a money transfer, Nope! This was my 2nd trip into the dealership i didn't want to come back a 3rd time from the poconos. So i was going to just get a loan. But was told i couldn't use my primary address. I was treated like a criminal! I was disrespected! If they ran my credit they would have seen my addresses!! xxxx poor customer service. I wouldn't recomend sands for anything.

Everyone I dealt with while buying a used Cadillac SRX was excellent. The smoothest car purchase I've ever had. The car was ready when scheduled to pick up. We closed the deal and were out of the dealership in 2 hours.

Absolutely Awful

I’ve been to Sands in Quakertown many times. Every time they have left my car in even worse shape and overpriced me for terrible work. They lied to me about fixing my car and are so arrogant. Phil and Ray have zero customer service skills.

Absolutely Wonderful

My wife and I decided I needed a used car December 12th 2019 Sands was the only place we were going but didn't want to share that information when we walked in I guess sometimes you need to keep people guessing. You know my wife and I have bought many new cars and it was the keep you here for 6 hours,disappear with registration,we can't give you numbers unless you commit to buy game. Well completely different was greeted by Greg a salesman ask what I was looking for we told he he graciously walked outside started the car came back in gathered so simple information at this point they had our business didn't show hand just yet Greg stated car was warm we would all take a ride. Closing the deal was actually pretty fast he presented Matt the sales manager paperwork Greg came back and said car is yours ,I mean it wasn't longer then 3-5 minutes from when Matt ran my wife's credit we had decision with amazing intrest rate. We were passed on to Rose a real sweetheart who had the wonderful job of taking care of all the paperwork God Bless Her, we chose to add gap insurance and I think with used cars an extended warranty doesn't hurt either take it from me I always get used the wife gets new lol.Rose spent maybe 30-45 minutes if that and I walked around thanked Matt,and Greg for making this the best experience ever. My only regret is I didn't realize they had 3 lots until the following day with so many used cars I may have bought something different and spent more but I'm happy. To all who helped us have a blessed holiday and my wife and I will be back to trade her car in on a new one.

great customer service

This is my 2nd time buying with them and both times i had a great experience. This time better than last we bought a WRX which is my husbands DREAM car and they did everything in their power to make it work and I am so grateful! even when we had concerns they were solved immediately! very great place to buy a car! The manager was also great addressed my concerns properly and didn't make me feel "crazy" like other dealerships.

Drive past this dealership!

By far the worst experience I have even had purchasing a car! Do Not Buy From This Dealer BEWARE!! My salesman Mike Buck has lied to me for months. On August 10, 2018 I placed an order for two trucks that was supposed to be delivered on November 2018. So after telling me the trucks would be delivered on two separate dates that came and went to date they have no idea where the trucks are and cannot tell me a date when I will have them. But when the trucks were ordered they promised that I would have them on time. These are commercial snow and salt vehicles that we need to perform work on commercial contracts. After being tired of the lies I contacted another dealership that is delivering the two trucks in two weeks. So I'm not sure if they sold the trucks that I was supposed to receive to a higher bidder or not. So after signing with a dealership that still holds the customer first I called my salesman (Mike Buck) and informed him that I went with another dealership and ask to have my deposit refunded he informed me that it doesn't work that way and good luck fighting with his manager. Never in my life would I expect a dealership that has missed two delivery dates and still cannot tell me when my trucks would be in to try to keep my deposit. So if you are considering buying a vehicle from this dealership I suggest you keep driving past Sands auto group and stop at a dealership that still respects and treats the customer they way they should be treated. Recent Used Truck Purchase

We recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used vehicle from Sands Chrysler in Quakertown. From the outset, an easy to navigate website to the final signature on the paperwork , the experience was truly a good one. Ours Sales Rep Marty Tripp was very knowledgeable and attentive. A real gentleman. The Finance Manager Paul Carragher was also very knowledgeable and explained everything in a very clear and professional manner.
