    I contacted Sands regarding a Saturn Vue I was looking for. I spoke to the sales manager on the phone and he assured me the car was still available. I drove to the dealership where I met Tom Abate my salesman. Unfortunately the car I was interested in was sent to auction. Tom took the time to search out a substitute vehicle which filled all the needs we wanted in the Vue. So if your looking for a salesman who cares, stop by Sands and ask for Tom Abate. He will earn your business and you will drive away happy.

    My wife and I went to this dealer looking for a decent car with a strict budget. We were upfront that we had some issues and that my credit was only to be run in case of emergency because I'm buying a house. We settle on a car we think everything is great and perfect and they really wanted us to say yes right there. So we do. We fill out an app, the sales guy tells us no problem. Come Monday we get alerts that our credit was run because we have a credit watch service. Both our credits... Odd... So we try to call and the sales guy and his boss were out. Come Tuesday, my wife has to track them down and they wanted $2000 down and an extra $100/mo. But a $100 above my budget. I go livid, call the finance manager and he's like nothing I can do. I'm angry, and I make that known and go looking for solutions and I call back and this guy is like "I don't want to sell you a car." I called the same company but their Ford Affiliate that is in another township. I also tracked down the actual owners of all the dealerships and they are "looking into the issue" but pledged a solution. Until then, I would avoid.

    It is difficult to respond specifically to this review because it involves personal non public information. This customer agreed to buy a vehicle for a specific price. They did not have enough money to buy this car and asked us to arrange a loan for them and they both gave us written authorization to do so. Loan arrangements are done through bank lenders, not as a dealership loan. Bank loan decisions are made by the bank, not the dealership, and they are based on credit history, loan to value, etc. Unfortunately, the terms of bank loan were not as good as the customer would have liked. To which he handled himself in an extremely unprofessional and offensive manner. This customer does admit in this review that he was "livid" and "angry" and "made it known" but he is understating the severity to which he made it known. To be clear, he was upset at the bank loan terms and not the dealership, vehicle or selling price. We reminded the customer he has the option to get a loan through their own bank if they could arrange better terms. They were unable to do so. Despite all of this, the customer still wanted to purchase the car from our dealership. However, because of his actions and treatment to our employees I have asked this customer not to return to the dealership. As the owner of the dealership I gave the customer as much time as he needed to explain his experience to me. I also gave my employees time to explain their experience with the customer. I was able to make decision very quickly and informed the customer that he is not welcome to do business at our dealership. Rarely do we need to ask a customer to choose a different place to buy a car especially after our team worked so hard and spent hours helping him. But I will not ask our employees to take verbal abuse and insults from customers for the sake of selling a car. I am very proud of our employees for remaining professional in the face this difficult customer.

    Went and looked at a used truck. It looked good so I proceeded to Purchase it. We did the deal on a Friday and i was in a hurry when i got home i noticed the drivers door handle was damaged and the door was pushed in It was not like this when i looked at the truck they replaced the door handle but i was told the body shop could not fix the door so now i am stuck with a truck with a dented door that wasn't like that when i looked it over

We worked with you to replace the handle of your vehicle. Unfortunately some things, especially minor body work, can not be fixed. The "dent" is more of a warping from opening and closing the door.     I have been going to Sands for my last 2 vehicles and Marty Tripp has been extremely helpful. He makes the experience so easy and comfortable that I can't imagine going anywhere else. I highly recommend anyone to go to Sands in Quakertown as I believe service and how we deal with the guests is so important these days. Marty is very professional and is a wealth of knowledge.

    I visited 2 other jeep dealers and Sands beat both dealers prices. Before you buy a new Jeep stop at Sands. We previously purchased many Jeeps from another dealer and refused to match or beat Sands price. Very impressed with both salesman and management. Great car dealership.

    I was driving a 2002 Grand Cherokee and it wouldn't start one morning. I had it towed to Sands where I told the service dept. I'd wait for it. I was told within the hour that the cam shaft was busted. After getting a courtesy ride home, my spouse and I went back that evening to look at what was available. We purchased a 2014 Grand Cherokee and drove it home the next day. They did offer to get it ready for us that day; but we decided to wait. The whole process was painless; everyone was incredible helpful and polite. I would recommend this dealer to anyone in the area. Brian on the sales floor was wonderful!! He was easy to get along with and incredibly patient as we test drove a bunch of used vehicles. Great people, great service dept., everyone is always polite.

    I traded in two vehicles for a new Ram 1500, my first brand new vehicle purchase. I dealt with Derek Bast. He was very accommodating, as I was trying to make this purchase surrounding some out of town business and coordinating a two vehicle trade in from 50+ miles away. All in all the buying process was very smooth and I could not find a better deal than the one I received, both in trade in values and in vehicle price. One year and 27,000 miles later I am still happy with Sands Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM. I have had a few minor issues with the truck (nothing to attribute to this dealership), and they have been addressed by the service team at Sands. Even with the long drive, I will take my truck here for all of it's service needs. I've dealt mainly with Amy Mansfield, who has gone above and beyond to make sure the repairs needed to my vehicle were made and even coordinated a few loaner vehicles when they were needed, something I am extremely grateful for. Everyone I have dealt with here has been very helpful, and very considerate of the needs of the customer. I highly recommend this dealer.

    I have to disagree with any positive review associated with this dealership. I am also writing a hand written letter to Jeep (Chrysler Group LLC president and CEO Michael Manley) and it may fall on deaf ears, but there are way too many Jeep Dealerships around to choose from. Sands Jeep in Quakertown, may not even care, judging from the treatment that we got there, I'm guessing the latter. I still have yet to get so much as a phone call or an apology email from them. In summation I only offer one word here; Pathetic. Please reconsider when shopping for vehicles and go elsewhere if you want to be treated as a valued customer. Thank you,

    Communication was quick and transaction smooth. First time purchasing a car over the internet, was a little leery buying a car sight unseen. The deal took several pictures had all the maintenance documentation with a car fax report. They answered all my questions and worked with me on getting it shipped and delivered out of state. Would recommend doing business with this dealer.
