Would give them negative numbers if i could. They lost my license. They took 2 hours to get the cars value and they don’t know what they’re doing.

I bought a car from this dealership about 2 months ago. I feel like I have received really horrible service. They have just been wasting my time. Not fullfilling... or following through with what they promised. There were parts missing on the car. Then when I pointed them out to the salesperson then he said "oh we will order those parts and let you know as soon as they come in". Then they also promised to fill up the tank after I bought it. When I took back for that it wasn't even full. Then I had to call myself to find out if my plates were in. Nobody called me to let me know I could go pick them up. Really bad at getting back to customer's. I will never buy anything from the car lot again. I have already told all my family and friend's. Do not waste your time or money here. Once they have their money and they have a sale it's like you don't matter.
I made a cash offer and the employee told me of another car I might liked ; he said he would contact me back and never did and when I tried to contact... him back, there was never a reply. I guess they don't need the sales in here.
It's been a week and I have yet to hear anything about my car. They said they'd have it ready by a certain time and I needed the insurance by that date.... Well I got the insurance by that date and now the insurance is threatening to end my policy because I can't bring the car in for pictures. They just keep giving me the run around
Stay away from this place unless you want to babysit the employees. The experience when you're there is like any other car lot, hectic, fast-paced. It's... the aftermath that is a headache. Traded a car back in January 2017, up until this month now March 22, 2017, I'm still making payments on that trade-in on top of the new vehicle because they hadn't taken care of that account. I contacted their sales guy and he replied that "accounting had lost my contract but luckily he had a copy sitting on his desk." ok lol, lucky for me I'm 2 payments in on a car I don't own anymore... Next up, getting the license plates. The paper tags they gave me expire in 1 week so I'm calling to see if they've received my plates. Turns out they need a new copy of my insurance to process the plates since the one I gave them back when I was there had already expired, yet no one's contacted me about this? So that process is now barely getting started after almost 2 months lol...This isn't my first car shopping rodeo, but this is hands down the WORST experience in purchasing a vehicle. C'mon, it shouldn't be rocket science to you guys. At least Ford and BMW have their crap together to make this process a lot smoother. *Side note: I never take the time to complete reviews but this time, I'm making sure I review the heck out of this place just because it was that bad...
Charging high prices for hail damaged cars, and sales people are know it alls who only care about being right rather than listening to the customers. (A... salesperson I had never met before butted into a conversation I was having with the salesperson helping me, then became quite rude when I tried to leave the dealership). Prior to arrival, I tried to contact the dealership to find out cost of car. No direct response. Bunch of silly emails and phone calls trying to ask what type of car I was interested in rather than answering my question. Upon arrival, I asked to see a particular car and they put me in a more expensive car and tried to get away without telling me they were doing so. I went to another dealership to purchase a car - and was treated with respect.
