Absolutely no issue with car drop off... appointment scheduling, and pickup.. Even what is required is available on a message from the diagnosis. Lynn Ford is an excellent person, who would go an extra mile to address the problem. I being out if state he made sure I had the car on time.

Ally was helpful. Charging us for the software updates are not in line with industry standards. Very disaapointed with Volvo. Being a first adopter, Volvo should treat us better. Same with battery degradation. Very bad battery technology. Will never recommend Volvo to any freinds.
