I can't say enough about how everyone made my purchase so...

I can't say enough about how everyone made my purchase so easy! I had a purchase lined up with an online dealer (the one with the car vending machine), but delivery was postponed twice. Not happy, but thought I wouldn't find anything else I liked. So just browsing online, I found the CPO vehicle I wanted about 8 am at Bob Mayberry Hyundai, they contacted me after they opened, and the car was delivered to my driveway at 3:30 pm! Keep in mind I live 3.5 hours away! No hard sell or upcharges of any kind either. I'm very impressed!!

2022 Tucson Limited SUV Purchase This is the second time we have purchased a new vehicle from Bob Mayberry, and it was a great experience! We'll go back for my future cars. We were blessed to have the opportunity to work with James Pigg during the purchasing process and appreciate the following from him …. • Very detailed with the information we discussed. • Faithful in promised communications during the days we were considering the purchase. • Quick to provide quotes …. very considerate of our time. • Provided a relaxed test drive and a friendly chat. He explained the functionalities of the vehicle during the test drive which was a great help. • Very helpful with sharing information that helped us with our decision making even though it may not have been what we would want to hear or what he may have not wanted to share…. come across as being honest and sincere with the information. Never pushed us from the sales perspective. • Provided a great overview on the functionalities of the car before and after purchase. • Received a follow-up call, the day after the purchase, checking to see if we had any questions and offering future help. During the negotiations, we had the opportunity to meet Chris Hall, sales manager, who came across as being very business-like, customer caring and having a lot of common sense. Feel Chris stepped out to see that we got the best possible deal he could offered with the way the economy is at this time! The paperwork portion was very smooth. John Troxell was very helpful and explained the different financial possibilities to us …. again, never trying to sell anything unneeded. Since we were buying a new car out right and selling our old one, John shared information that we needed to know, answered all our questions and offered to help us with the transfer of our paid CNA National Warranty to new buyer …. another great experience! Overall, we would give Bob Mayberry a 5 Star Rating! The Adams Family

First time buying a car and it was a great experience!...

First time buying a car and it was a great experience! I'll definitely go back for my future cars. (1) The communication via email was great and definitely a plus - I was surprised they actually told me the price options very directly without any of the normal games (Christopher). They also never badgered me for my phone number. (2) The pricing online was honest, accurate, and reasonable. The car I originally wanted sold the morning I was supposed to go see it. They let me know early in the morning because they knew I had a far drive and didn't want me to waste my time (James). They offered me the upgraded model at the same price they originally quoted if I was still interested in driving that way; (3) There was none of the typical sales pressure. I had a relaxed test drive with James and we had a friendly chat. He just explained the functionalities and never pushed me from the sales perspective. (4) The paperwork portion was very smooth. John was really helpful and explained the different things to me - again, never trying to sell me anything unneeded. So if you're new to buying a car - or just like a hassle free experience - I definitely recommend this place!

Highly recommend the team at Bob Mayberry Hyundai!! This is my 3rd car purchase from them over the past 5+ years (2 new and 1 used). I had the privilege of working with James in sales and John in financing. Smooth and easy process. James was highly responsive to email and phone calls with information as requested. Just a great experience and a great deal. I also use their Service and they also do a great job. On a side note, even their website is easier to use and navigate than there competition!
