Jack was patient, friendly, and informative. No pushing or constantly calling. Once I bought, he still said to call or stop in if any questions came up. Very impressed on everyone at Honda dealership in Streetsboro, the nice and sense of humor, and kindness was nice to see. They did everything they could do to match my needs.
