Appreciate the video of what needed to be addressed and the detail involved. 2 hrs to completion seemed a bit excessive but maybe staffing was low?

Friendly, accommodating and great service, overall.

Friendly, accommodating and great service, overall. You can’t beat Kevin Bartlett, as the Service Manager. He helps make my service appointments, and any concerns, worry free. Service Advisors, Tyler and Valerie are great to work with, as well.
