Classic Honda - OH

Just an oil change, got a same day appointment and was done quickly. Blah blah..

First time there. Had coupon for oul change and tire rotation, just what I needed. Friendly folks, on time. Took a video of mechanic inspecting pieces and parts--never had that happen before. Comfortable chairs in showroom so I didn't have to listen to waiting room TV. I'll go again.

From the moment I entered the facility, the Classic Team provided first class customer service. An estimate was provided before the technician started working on my vehicle. The worked was completed in a timely fashion, and the service manager kept me posted every step on the way.

The service I received on my 2018 CRV was great. Valerie Deacon kept me well-informed as to the progress of the tasks performed. I appreciate the care and expertise of all the service personnel at Honda Streetsboro. The inspection video was made by Craig Leslie who did a very thorough job. I really like watching these videos to observe my vehicle up close.
