This is the best Honda dealership around.

I’ve used this dealership for 2 purchases and numerous oil changes. Great prices and always courteous and professional. It’s a fair, honest dealership. Their purchase pricing is the best and didn’t have to negotiate rate.


Repeat customer

We have leased cars from this dealership in the past, we were there for less than two hours from walk-in to driving away. Everyone was very pleasant and was courteous every time we have been there.

Certified preowned car sold with missing parts

Do not buy certified pre-owned vehicles from here. I bought my first vehicle from here in 2013, and I thought everything was great. After purchasing, I immediately had to move cross country for school and work. During that move, once past state lines, we discovered the keys for the vehicle (that they took extra time to fix) wouldn’t open the truck. Fast forward to 2021, the first time I’ve been able to return home with the car and after years of never being able to use my keys to unlock my car’s trunk, I bring my car in to identify why they’ve never worked since purchasing. For something I was told would take at maximum 1 hour (with wait time now past 3 hours), I find out there are parts missing from my car. Their staff had put a car on their lot and sold it as a certified pre-owned vehicle with missing parts, and then expected me to pay for all the costs because too much time has passed. I also still had to pay $85 plus tax for them to do nothing to my car. Then, for the cherry on top, their staff got multiple grease stains in my car and expected me to act gracious when they offered to clean it. They also obviously didn’t offer a refund or discount for the colossal waste of time they had now created. If you’re looking for a certified pre-owned vehicle for your child who may move away for school, take this as a cautionary tale and don’t buy from Classic Honda. And just appalling, condescending customer service overall.

Used Honda Pilot

We found the car online, inquired online whether it was available, received a quick response telling us it was and if we wanted to come out to see it, drove 90 miles out there and when we got there it was cleaned and parked out front. We were met by a salesman by the name of Anthony Fiorille. He did a thorough orientation of the vehicle, demonstrated all its capabilities and features, allowed us to test some of these features during our test drive and explained how to use others we were unable to test I.e., emergency breaking, etc). Anthony was patient with all our questions and answered them throughout the entire process

Great place for buying and servicing. The sales associate, Jackie Clayton, was very professional and knowledgeable. Both the buying and trade in process were according to my pre calculations. We were pleased with the whole process. We first came to this dealership in 2002. And we keep coming back.
