    Dealership states guaranteed lowest price or they would match and give $500.00 in addition. Was interested in buying my car from them and provided the figures they requested but they would not get back with me and could not reach salesman Nick on his inpparently they do not honor their guaranteed price match.

    Can I begin by saying wow! I have never in my life (I am not young) had a better experience buying a new car than I did at Peterson Chevrolet. My Salesman was Doyle Savelberg. Car salesman usually have a bad rep and I hate the car buying experience and all the games. Met with Doyle told him what I was interested in, Chevy Trax All Wheel Drive. Test drove the car, got down to business no games about an hour and a half I was out the door with the deal I was looking for and the vehicle I wanted! I love my new Traxs! Trust me my next purchase will be at Peterson's from Doyle! I will recommend Doyle and Peterson's to all my friends and family?

    So I bought a 2011 F-150 off their lot and overall love the truck but not Peterson's. First off the truck had a sticker on the windshield and both license plate frames that it came with a 3 month 3k mile warranty and the sales man said the same thing. Well we get to the final paperwork and the finance lady said nope, that's for cars under 60k miles (the truck had 79k). I pushed on and bought the truck anyways. They agreed to fix the seat heater that wasn't working and told me they would call on Monday and schedule the fix. Monday comes and no call so I call the salesman and he says they'd call me the next day. Nope, no call. Finally I called the service department and same thing. No call back and on my fourth try I finally get a call back. They fixed the seat and that was fine. Then I tried to get a copy of the carfax for my records. I emailed the salesman and he replied that because it was off the website that he couldn't do anything and that his sales manager would call me back. No surprise I never get a call back. I called again and talked to the receptionist and told her that I didn't want to talk to the salesman anymore and please leave my message with a manager. Well no call back and I tried one more time and never got a call back. At that point I had had enough and gave up. Overall poor experience and no service once the sale is over. I won't be returning there for my next truck.

    My first visit to the dealership didn't go so well as i drove from out of town and the car wasn't there when I called an hour prior. However, Nicky came up to me and was very apologetic and said he would keep in contact with me... which he did. An suv came in and he texted me right away. I went in on his day off and met with Tommy who was awesome. Both Nicky and Tommy went above and beyond and turned my first experience into me being a very happy, pleased customer and purchased the vehicle I wanted!!! I cant say thank you enough to the team I dealt with. Ask for Nicky or Tommy if you want A+ service!!!

    I purchased an extended mechanical Zurich warranty. Shortly after purchasing my car the radiator went out. Took it to Chevy for a repair. They "repaired" it. Less than six months later, same issue. This repeated on three different occasions till I finally took it to another dealership and they told me it had a blown head gasket causing the radiator issues. Took it back to Chevy to repair the head gasket and my warranty was up. They won't fix it. Even though you would think after repairing the same thing on multiple occasions they would have discovered the head gasket. Now I can't afford to fix it when it could have been fixed the first time under warranty. Single mom of two who used the car strictly as a work commuter.

    My wife and I very much appreciate all of the sincere help and attention given to us during our recent purchase of a Chevy Colorado at Peterson. Our sales person, Art Orihuela, worked hard to understand what we wanted and he went to bat for us to find a vehicle and a deal that we could manage on our retirement income. Art was attentive and did not pressure us in any direction or to accept a deal that we really could not manage. We would feel comfortable calling on Art with any future questions about our purchase and we will recommend the dealer and sales person to others. Thank you.

    Found 2003 Denali on line. Contacted Rachel and was introduced to Gary Laming. Knowledgeable, open, and friendly individual who was extremely supportive and gave great service. . Yes, we are excited about our purchase! This vehicle is a replacement for our crunched 2008 Escape Limited. We wanted a tank and found a dream vehicle which was clean, smelled good, runs great and is very comfortable. Great, efficient service from all we came in contact with. I would do business with this group again. Great experience overall
