Jakob Stocksen was incredible!!!! We came in just under 2 hours before closing to the Honda Concord location. My husband, myself and our children were excited to see about trading in our 2022 Pilot. Jakob was knowledgeable, kind and patient with us. He kept us well informed and made sure that we were aware of all options available to us. Blessed to be the new owners of a 2025 Honda Accord SE! We are so grateful to have worked with him, and wish him much success in the future!
