I had considered other dealers, but settled on Honda of Concord primarily because of the high customer rating and I am pleased with my decision. I didn't go there to buy a car but my salesman, Timbo Black, made it impossible to leave without one. He wasn't pushy and made sure I knew that everything about this purchase was my decision. He treated me like more than just a customer. Of all the cars I have purchased in the past, this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. Everyone I dealt with that day went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make me feel comfortable with my new purchase. Overall, I had a great experience. Jennifer was the salesperson I dealt with, and she was great. She really listened to what I wanted and what I could afford, and only showed me vehicles that fit that description. The finance manager was very friendly as well. I ended up buying a 2013 Toyota Camry and it has been great so far. I definitely recommend this dealership!

I went in to get a new Honda Accord and Jim was very helpful explaining all the new features and options in different trim levels. He is very well informed about the car and took me on a very good circuit to test drive. I would definitely recommend Jim!

Went in to look at the new Accords and Pilots. Arrived around lunchtime, place was busy. Was greeted by Gerard Apadula. We told him the stock #'s we we're interested in, simple enough. He retrieved the keys, got a copy of license, and sent us out for a test drive without the normal "high pressure" tactics of the sales rep riding with you. When we made our mind up that we'd make a trade if we could work the numbers out, he answered all questions about the features and took his time with us. Never once did he pressure us, only assuring us it was too hot and too busy to play the back and forth numbers game. He kept stating he'd put us dead on the money and he did. He come back with a trade appraisal which was close(approx.. $1000 apart from what we needed for the trade in) Told him where we needed to be, he come back and got there. No haggle, no hassle. I was reasonable and fair and was treated the same way. A fair trade in allowance along with a fair price on the new car always makes the sale a lot easier! He then introduced us to Ryan Crist, Business Manager to handle the financing aspect. Ryan was also great, taking his time explaining to us the different warranties available as well as prepaid maintenance plans. He also didn't pressure us into anything.....just explained, answered questions and presented what each warranty/maintenance option would do to the monthly payment. He also made sure we received the Super Preferred Rate from AHFC, a huge plus!!! Great price, even better %, and fair pricing is all I could ever expect from a new vehicle acquisition. These guys are definitely a standout bunch of people and made the extra drive well worth it. Definitely recommend this dealership for anyone in the market for a vehicle.

If you are looking for the friendliest down-to-earth Car sales consultant, TimBo Black is your guy. Best car buying experience! He is serious about the customer experience. He will take the time to get to know you & not just throw you a bunch of fluff. Remembered our entire families names without neededing a reminder. Treated our daughter like she was a special guest. Included her in the experience & made it an enjoyable experience for all of us. Certainly would buy another car from him. He enjoys his job & it was very evident. He was there till 9:00pm on A Friday evening with us & we never felt rushed out the door. Thanks Tim for a great family car buying experience.
