General sales manager never introduced himself but was hovering over the sales process. Do you not trust your salespeople? Also don't send out emails to potential buyers asking if the buyers have any questions and toot yourself as the power behind all sale prices when you won't introduce yourself and not allow potential buyers to ask for a reduction in the asking price of a vehicle. Pretty disingenuous. Potential buyers work very hard for their ability to buy a car. So you make your profit margin 100% on each car but you left us with a bad taste in our mouths. Shame on you!
To get a reliable vehicle with good gas mileage.
Visited to see what vehicles were available.I had been to about 4 other dealerships and Jesse Greeley greeted me and was very friendly.He was the only one out of the others that called me back.I am and was very pleased with everyone there I came in contact with.All very helpful.I was able to take the vehicle home with me the same day I returned to test drive the vehicle An incredible no pressure or stressful experience.Thank you Jesse Freiley.
F350 Truck Bearing replacement after 20k miles
Poor customer service and attitude after wrong part was received. Would not make accommodations after truck was there for several days for repair.

Quick and reasonably priced, plus a comfortable and clean waiting area with amenities. Friendly customer service and TV and magazines to help pass the time faster.

Quick, easy, convenient, and the waiting room was comfortable. I enjoyed the water fridge for the guests it was a nice touch.

Friendly greeting, car done in timely manner & interior was vacuumed. 15,000 mile service s not a lot to be done but all seemed good.
