    Above and beyond awesome service. I have been going to Hendrick Acura of Charlottte for the last 7 years to have my Acura Serviced. I drive 20 miles just to go there. Never have had a bad experience. The service department has always been friendly, courteous, respectful and want to have you 100% satisfied when you walk out the door. I recently went to have my car serviced and while I was there I searched their inventory. I have a 2004 TSX and love it. But it has 207,000 miles on it. They had a 2012 TSX so I took a look. That was all she wrote. I met by a wonderful new car salesman, Mark Rosse. I have never had such a wonderful experience with a car salesman before in my life. And I have had many. He didn't make me feel like he was just there to make a sale. He honestly listened to everything and went above and beyond. I felt like I was having a conversation with a friend, not with a salesman. I took it home to show my husband and fell in love with it. I new I would I loved my other Acura. I went back the next day and sat down with Mark and talked to him about a few things on the car that I would like them to do and the only words out of his mouth were "I'll take care of it " I'll take care of it." How could I not buy this wonderful car from this wonderful man. He not only did everything I asked him to do but he also helped me sync my phone, brought in a CD to show me how to download it into my hard drive, put my address in my navigation system, gave me brand new all weather floor mats and a cargo trunk mat. I was blown away. I honestly walked out of there felling like I had made a friend not just bought a car. I will be a loyal customer for the rest of my life no doubt.

    After some minor confusion regarding a vehicle that we thought was located at this dealership, we left very happy with our new car and the customer service Gerry Hicks provided. It was a long and tiring day, but well worth our 4 hour drive from Savannah, Georgia.

    We went there to look at a used car (2009 Mazda 6S Grang Touring), that just was listed and I wanted. Scheduled an appointment to see that vehicle the day before, got there and was told they could not sell the vehicle due to an open recall that there was no fix for yet. No one thought to call us, though they had our information. Jim the salesman couldn't have cared less that we wasted our time going there. He was extremely unfriendly. We will never shop there again. A complete waste of our time! I was ready to buy this car as I have been looking for this type of a car for a long time.

    I have been on the market for a new car for about a month after a hit-and-run totalled my 2015 Jetta. I obviously never intended on being in the market as I was very happy with my new car I bought just a year ago. I have been to countless dealerships test driving new and used cars, and I feel as though I have become a professional test driver I have driven so many different cars. With that said I have had a lot of interactions with sales management and finance, and quite honestly they all haven't been so pleasant. From car salesman allowing the door to hit me on the way out because I wouldn't buy the car right then and there. To almost getting into a shouting match with a salesman because he insisted on selling me a car that had less features than the cars he had on the lot. Mr. Stewart Mills, he was different. Very pleasant helpful and understanding. He assisted me with looking at a used car, and didn't hesitate helping me, even though he works in the new car department. He didn't make me feel pressured to buy the car that very moment and understood that buying a car isnt just a decision you make in the span of an hour. Since our interaction was so pleasant I felt the need to call and let him know I decided to buy another car at another lot. Still kept it cool and calm, thanked me for coming in and give him the chance to earn my business and was sincere when he said he was happy I found something I wanted, but made sure I knew if I decided to change my mind he would help me. By far the most professional interaction with a salesman and dealer I have had. I highly recommend Mr. Mills, especially if you know your buying an Acura, his work ethic and business sense is worth him making that sale.

    Charlotte and the surrounding counties are selling more Acura vehicles than this Charlotte location is able to service. If you are a person such as me and you prefer to have all of vehicle services completed at the dealership that will be a problem here. I have two Acuras. It takes about to 2 weeks to get in, no matter the service. If you plan to own a Acura in this area, you may want to get recommendations for an alternate place to receive service.

    I worked with JB Tillery and it was a great experience. He was pleasant, attentive, and patient while we looked at several different vehicles. Best of all, the process was honest and straight forward. I had done research ahead of time and knew the price to expect, the financing options, and my fair trade value. JB did not play any games and came to me with a very fair trade allowance, a fair market price, and no haggling. From there, it was just a short time to fill out paper work, get the car cleaned, and have another person go over all of the technology options and set up. This was hands down the easiest and most pleasant buying experience I have had. The icing on top was a follow up call several days later to make sure I was pleased with my new Acura and to ask if there were any questions. I will recommend JB and Hendrick Acura to others with pleasure.
