Hendrick BMW

I was recommended to Hendrick BMW through a co-worker and originally spoke with Brian Messick on the phone, the GSM for that store. He was extremely helpful in finding a vehicle that fit my needs and budget and then intorduced me to an associate of his, Frank King, to finalize the details etc. Frank was great throughout the entire process. Anytime I called or emailed with questions he would reach back, typically the same day. (I had been in a car accident and was doing most of my car shopping online/over the phone while I waited for the settlements etc. to be finalized). When I arrived to buy the car Frank had prepared all of the documents that we would need to go through. When we went for a test drive he was very helpful with pointing out features etc. of the car and had it detailed again once we got back to the dealership! You can tell that Frank is very knowledgeable and detail orientated. I was impressed with the entire staff at Hendrick. Its obvious from the moment you walk in that they are very customer service oriented and they provided first class service from start to finish. If you are shopping for a great used car or a new BMW, talk to Frank King at Hendrick BMW on Independence Blvd. My experience was phenomenal and I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I recently purchased my SUV from the Hendrick BMW Pre-owned Center. I had the pleasure of working with Brian Barry. Brian was professional, friendly, thorough, and very patient. Was looking for a new car, but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. After the agent talked a bit more with me about what I wanted, he found a certified used car at another Hendrick dealership. The car was at my dealership the next day for a test drive. The purchase was seamless. The used car agent called me a couple days afterwards to see how the car was driving and if I had any questions. One accessory I had expected wasn't with the car, but he found one for me at the dealership. Kudos to Sean Pires in the new car department and Brian Barry with used cars.
