r. Two weeks later I was in a terrible accident and the car was deemed a total loss. I did not want to return to the previous dealer as the whole buying experience there was a nightmare! GEICO recommended Fairfax Honda and I cannot say enough or express enough how great this dealer and its staff truly is! I wanted another 2017 Accord, and with the 2018 due to release this month they held a unit for me while my insurance company settled with AHM finance. My sales person John Balkenbush actually delivered my vehicle. My totaled one I was just handed the keys by the "other dealer". John actually taught me things about my car I didn't even know about. The whole process from signing to driving away was about 1 hour! They expressed compassion over my situation, worked with me, and my new car was delivered with a beautiful showroom look! Thank you to the entire staff for all that you did, and especially John for showing me cool things I had no clue about! John really knows his Honda products well! I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone, and definitely John as there salesperson if you really want to know all there is to know about Honda!

This dealership was amazing!!!!! My daughter and I had been searching for such a long time for a used Toyota Prius. We had gone to dozens of dealers
hips trying to find a good deal and the right car. Looking online for a Prius, the search I accidentally ran included other cars that were similar. That is when I saw a used Ford Focus Titanium edition at the Fairfax Honda dealership. My daughter's heart was set on a Toyota Prius but we decided to take a look at the Ford Focus because online it showed as a great car and a great deal. Evan Harris contacted us and we set up an appointment to stop by and we are soooooo glad we did because both my daughter and I loved the quality of the car and the price!!! It was so nice, it completely changed my daughter's mind about wanting a Prius. Everything was positive in dealing with Fairfax Honda, our salesman Evan Harris, the used car manager and the finance manager. 1) They honored the online price of the car as opposed to most dealerships jack up the price and then tell you that you do not qualify for the online price 2) The car was in great condition, with low miles and they offered an amazing price for it! 3) The transaction was easy and quick as opposed to some dealerships take hours and you have to haggle back and forth about pricing 4) They give you a 2 month, 2,000 mile warranty and offer you additional coverage which is a really good warranty for a used car..typically dealerships only give you a 30 day warranty. Do yourself a favor and STOP BY THIS DEALERSHIP FIRST if you are wanting to buy a new or used vehicle..regardless of what make and model you are looking for! First I visited them on 2 days back on Nov 01 ,2017 and they quoted me 135 $ for switch and labour their manager did promise for this thing but I did not go ahead as engine light is on and off and prostponded it. Again The light came on Nov 03,2017 and I wentThe service expert Name Hugo, he has taken my car for engine service check light he told diagnostic charge of 135 $ since I did diagnosis at auto zone so I told him its a oil pressure switch need to be replace but still he forced me for diagnosis Then he came with quote of 1070 $ for valve change, switch change, catalytic converter change, They think we are milking cow and they can earn from us, its ok man I can understand this part. Next he took me to his manager for price difference , I told manager committed for same 135 $ 2 days back, oh my god here surprise manager didn't remember it hahah what a crap ! Then manager is saying we are not charging you diagnosis fee I told I already came with diagnosis so you cant charge me for that They were really very rude when I caught them red handed cheating on unnecessary parts and labour charges Sad part Hugo was saying me that my oil filter is duplicate as I got it 2 days back from Dulles automation Honda,I shown him bill even for that ,So they mean to say that only Rosenthal Honda sales original and genuine Honda parts no one else in America sales genuine Honda parts except Rosenthal Honda !! Guys are you really serious of doing business like this ?? He was asking me to choose only one model and not all. He also started arguing that i promised him that i will buy a car today, which i dint.
