I was beginning the process of buying a recent year used car for myself. I had already driven 6-8 different vehicles when I stopped at Volvo of Charlotte.... John V took me for a test drive in a Volvo model I had seen online, but not in person. He explained a lot about that car and about Volvo without being pushy. The model/year we drove was in my price range, but did not have a specific feature I wanted. He did mention that they had a newer option with that feature at a good price. My husband and I drove the car, discussed the value of it, and my 5-year car became a 10-year car. I'm so excited to be driving my new Volvo and highly recommend you see John V if you visit the dealership.

My service manager is extremely knowledgeable about my car and took the time to explain to me and I felt comfortable. He is a trustworthy professional.... The service team at Volvo were exceptional. They took the time to look for any active recalls or existing Volvo free services which applied to my car and... ended up finding them; which saved me money and is always appreciated. In addition, the Service Manager informed me that my rear brakes were dangerously low, which I did not know as my Volvo is only 4 months old (to me) and it potentially saved me from a brake failure. Lastly, the amenities within the Volvo service area were outstanding and they included a clean, comfortable lounge/restroom area. Plus a strong WiFi connection and separate, quiet work/cubicle area, which enabled me to work for several hours while my car was being serviced. I would highly recommend this Volvo location in Charlotte to other Volvo owner and this location has won my business for life. It was the best experience that I've ever had with any car service company and location in my life to date and a fantastic consumer experience. THANK YOU!
