Overall, the experience was positive.

Overall, the experience was positive. I’ve purchased two vehicles from Parks Chevrolet-Charlotte within the past 5 years. The only issues that I’m having is that I’ve never received a copy of the sales documents and I’m still waiting on my second key fob to be delivered.

I purchased a 2022 Tahoe (CPO) from Parks Chevrolet

I purchased a 2022 Tahoe (CPO) from Parks Chevrolet Charlotte on October 23, 2025, and my experience has been nothing short of unacceptable. Shortly after purchase, I had to add coolant to the vehicle, and I also noticed dents all over the roof—something that should NEVER happen with a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. When I took the Tahoe to a Chevrolet dealership in Roanoke, VA for a state inspection and to have the sunroof checked, I was told the wind deflector was broken. The service manager pointed out excessive grease in the sunroof track, tape lines around the sunroof and door jambs, and clear signs that the sunroof had been worked on. Following that visit, I contacted Bryant at Parks Chevrolet Charlotte, who suggested I take the vehicle to a body shop to determine whether the paint issues were a GM defect. The body shop confirmed that the roof, roof rails, and rear passenger quarter panel had been repainted poorly (which was not reflect on the Carfax and therefor voided the GM warranty), with trash left in the paint and little to no clear coat—again, completely unacceptable for a CPO vehicle. Because of all these issues, I was told on November 14, 2025, that they would “swap” me into another vehicle. Instead of helping, the process felt pressured and rushed. I ended up in a vehicle with fewer features, higher cost, and an overall worse deal than the one I originally had. The delivery experience was another disaster. I was told the vehicle would be delivered on November 20th, but the transport driver waited two hours for the dealership to get everything ready—and no one informed me of any delay. I drove 30 minutes to meet a driver from Parks Automotive, waited an hour, and finally learned the vehicle wouldn’t be delivered until the 21st. The dealership’s only response was, “Sorry for the inconvenience.” When the 2023 Tahoe finally arrived on 11–21–25, it had three dents, low washer fluid, and dead/low key fob batteries. Yet again, this was sold as a CPO vehicle supposedly “free of dents.” To make matters worse, I was charged a second doc fee, paid taxes again (over $2,000), received less for my trade, and paid more for the replacement vehicle—all while being told that the dealership was “going above and beyond.” After initially dealing with Bryant, I suddenly couldn’t reach him anymore and was passed off to Tre and ReShawn. I had to repeatedly call just to get paperwork corrected, delivery scheduled, and basic questions answered. In total, this dealership left me with an additional $6,000 in unexpected expenses—all because the original 2022 Tahoe they sold me should never have been certified in the first place. I strongly feel the dealership should have taken responsibility instead of forcing me to absorb the costs of their mistake. The only thing I can say positively about this whole experience was the transport driver Melodie Gillespie. She made me feel heard and was very professional and thorough making sure paperwork was signed correctly and notarized. I cannot recommend Parks Chevrolet Charlotte. My experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and costly from start to finish

I recently brought my 2019 Chevy Silverado (RO# 643076)

I recently brought my 2019 Chevy Silverado (RO# 643076) to this dealership for service and paid $3,200 for an A/C compressor and belt replacement. Unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. After dropping off my truck, I went over a week with no communication or status updates. I had to physically return to the dealership just to find out what was happening. Even then, I was never able to connect with a supervisor to discuss the delay or get clear information. As an active-duty service member, my time is limited, and going more than a week without any contact created a major hardship. When I finally reviewed the rest of the repair recommendations, I found that the quoted prices for other services (CV axles, alternator, oil cooler lines, etc.) were $1,500–$2,000 higher than comparable ASE-certified shops in the area. I’ve used Chevy dealerships across multiple states throughout my career, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The lack of communication, high pricing, and inability to reach a supervisor left me with no confidence in returning for future service. I value Chevrolet’s reputation and expect better accountability and customer care from an authorized dealership.

Great friendly Staff.

Great friendly Staff. They helped me get a great deal on my new Silverado EV vehicle. I never felt pressure and felt CJ had my best interest in getting the Sale done. He was a top tier salesman! This has been the best dealership experience I have ever had.

I Was Able to Get The 2025 Chevy Tahoe That I Wanted From The Color To The Leather Captains Seats. Most importantly, I Stayed in My Budget. Sales Man Juan Bermudez Made All This Happen In One Day. The First Time I Was Able To Go in And Out of a Car Dealership. Good Job Mr. Bermudez.

I recently purchased a car here, and it was one of the best experiences I?ve ever had. CJ took the time to discuss what I was looking for in a car and gave me great options to choose from. I was concerned about my credit, but they were able to put me in a car that I wanted at an affordable price. I highly recommend going to Parks Chevrolet if you?re looking for a stress-free car-buying experience.
