Service staff was friendly and helpful. All appropriate service options were explained and priced fairly. Service was completed in the time proposed... and included a recall item. Completion of the recall item eliminated an additional service appointment. Car was cleaned before being returned. Service reflected the desire to provide truly outstanding service. Please not that I will not complete this survey again for Cars.com. It was more problems than the service.

This will be the first time we have owned a Volvo and after shopping around to make a purchase we settled on University Volvo. From our first inquiry all... the way through the follow up, we were treated to outstanding service. Mr. Matt Bertone was our first point of contact and he handled every question and concern with professionalism, showing true respect for our concerns and making sure we were one hundred percent satisfied. His level of patience is commendable as we tried to determine what color would ultimately be chosen and explaining that we would go home and sleep on it for the night before committing to a choice. Sales manager, Mr. Jeff Goodman made sure our transaction the next day was smooth, quick and without issue. Although he was obligated to share with us the additional items that could be added to our purchase, he never pressured us to opt for them or attempted to convince us that we must have them. After the transaction was complete and the car was ours, Mr. Bertone spent a decent amount of time making sure we understood the features of the car and were comfortable with them before leaving the dealership. The next day we were contacted via email to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction, make sure we had no other unanswered questions and an offer extended to return at any time if we needed further guidance on operating any of the vehicles many technical features. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable vehicle purchases I have ever experienced. I would truly without reservation recommend to anyone interested in a Volvo to visit University Volvo.
